Pros:

War alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und würden beim nächsten Mal die Unterkunftwählen.
Besonders möchte ich mich bedanken das wir sofort informiert wurden über einen verlorenen Gegenstand in unserem Zimmer und er uns auch zugesandt wurde!!

Eine Kleinigkeit die Musik im Frühstücksraum war uns zu laut

Es gehört einiges verbessert bezüglich Kundenservice. Räumlichkeiten sind aber ok.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr vielfältiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Check-In Zeiten, die bei Booking angegeben sind, passen nicht mit den realen Check-In Zeiten zusammen. So etwas sollte man unbedingt den Gästen mitteilen! Zudem haben wir vorab keine Informationen zum Thema Parken, etc. erhalten.
Außerdem sollte eine Frühstückspension es schaffen, glutenfreies Brot oder Gebäck zu besorgen. Vorallem wenn man 2 Wochen vor dem Aufenthalt anfragt, immerhin zahlen Gäste dafür.

Nur die Lage.

Cons:

Personal, Frühstück, viel war defekt- Licht im Zimmer, Duscharmatur, Fliesen, Frühstückstische werden nicht eigedeckt, Frühstück lieblos, Speisen teilweise kein Geschmack.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Frühstückhotel nicht teuer 5 Minuten zum Hauptplatz zu Fuß und auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Therme sehr empfelenswert die schönste Therme einstweilen was ich gesehen habe auch der Tiergarten Schmieding A1 ein Traum wir kommen in September wieder
