Tolles kleines Boutique-Hotel inmitten von Santa Cruz! Eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell errreichbar! Auch der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Rooftopbar und super Aussicht auf Strand und Promenade! Zimmer 1a! Alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Keine Selbstbedienung; nach allem muß gefragt werden! Keine Wechsel im täglichen Angebot! Wenn man zu bestimmten Zeiten frühstücken möchte, muß man quasi einen Tisch reservieren (10 Sitzplätze vorhanden) Mag jeder für sich selbst entscheiden, ob dieser Umstand etwas für ihn ist!
Dss TV-Gerät in unserem Superior Studio war hinter einem Stützträger angebracht; man sieht also wahrscheinlich nicht viel! Wir haben das Gerät nie benutzt, ungewöhnlich ist es trotzdem. Hier könnte man sicherlich eine bessere Lösung finden! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiterin Halisa vom Housekeeping, die uns u. a. täglich ganz süße Notizzettel mit netten Nachrichten hinterlassen hat!

Voor sfeer en gezelligheid een dikke 10!
Pros:

Heel sfeervol ingericht kleinschalig hotelletje met barfaciliteiten. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren proper en ‘‘s nachts wordt je in slaap gewiegd door het ritme van de golven.

Un lugar cómodo y con encanto desde el que descubrir la isla.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno, personal muy amable.

Cons:

Aunque la habitación estaba bastante bien equipada y tenía un pequeño ventilador la faltaba tener la opción de aire acondicionado.
