Cons:

A distribuição dos quartos para famílias com crianças e casais. Ficamos perto de mais de um quarto com crianças pequenas, foi quase impossível descansar devido a gritaria e bagunça das crianças.

Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é perfeita, com experiências contemplativas, para caminhadas e passeios, lazer, com o restaurante Bela Vista disponível até 22h e uma equipe preparada para surpreender. Piscina coberta e aquecida e academia que nem tivemos a oportunidade de visitar por conta do roteiro intenso. A localização no Vale dos Vinhedos é perfeita para visitar vinícolas, restaurantes próximos e a poucos minutos do centro de Bento Gonçalves e a 20 minutos do Caminho de Pedra, Garibaldi e Farroupilha. Uma pequena fazendinha e muitos pássaros, além de pavões que ficam soltos pela propriedade, tudo muito estimulante e divertido.

Cons:

O quarto 408 precisa de alguns reparos no banheiro como duchinha higiênica com gotejamento e o acabamento do balcão da pia com adesivo revestindo não é muito adequado ao padrão e excelência do hotel. O elevador não tem uma boa exaustão, o cheiro de lenha queimada nas lareiras fica impregnado no ar. Outro ponto de atenção, a ala Riesling tem alguns degraus sem acesso por elevador. Embora tenha esses pontos de atenção, devo dizer que nada disso impactou na experiência que foi sensacional.

Cons:

O que poderia melhorar é a estrutura do quarto. As tomadas são em sua maioria antigas e o exaustor não funcionou bem, deixando o banheiro úmido. Acredito que poderiam dar uma modernizada em estruturas básicas sem perder o charme e a essência do hotel.
