Ótima estadia pra famia com filhos.
Pros:

Atendiomento espetacular de todos, desde a chagada até a saída. Café da manha fabuloso. Localização no coração da roda dos vinhos e fácil saida para Bento e outras cidades.

Cons:

O problema era o chuveiro, que tinha crosta de limo em cima, os dutos de saida de agua estavam grudados, tanto é que a agua vinha numa ducha unica. Tava sujo, velho. A cama tinha im desnivel nela, ou dormia em um lugar ou no outro. Os tavesseiros, pois mais que tinham opções não eram bons.

O hotel é muito bom. As instalações podem ser um pouco antigas, mas nada atrapalhou na estadia.
O café da manhã é muito bom e variado.
Funcionários muito educados e gentis
Localização excelente. Perto de restaurantes e muitas vinícolas.

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel é ruim. A pizza é horrível e a comida sem graça de tudo. Não recomendo
