Comodo e funzionale
Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e pronto alle mie richieste, ho molto apprezzato sia la camera, molto confortevole e ben tenuta, pulita e ordinata, che la colazione inclusa buonissima. Sono stato lì una sola notte per un'esigenza personale ed ho trovato molto comodi sia l'alloggio che la posizione. Lì vicino ci sono due o tre posti in cui mangiare e mi è stato detto che il bar dello stesso Hotel offre anche servizio pranzo. E' stata nel complesso una esperienza piacevole e molto funzionale alla mia esigenza.

Cons:

Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto, forse curerei un po' di più lo stabile all'esterno, ma ovviamente questo sta alla proprietà, che si concentra molto sul comfort interno e i servizi agli ospiti.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora che ci ha accolto e che gestisce il bar.
La posizione è abbastanza buona per chi ha l'auto e vuole andare come noi a Cinecittà World oppure in meno di 20 minuti vuole raggiungere Roma.

Cons:

La struttura è un pò datata e ha bisogno di una "rinfrescata".

Simply marvelous!
Pros:

By that I mean the accommodations are simple and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to shower including a really big towel. The beds are very comfortable and feel new with no sag. Even the sheets are crisp 100% cotton. A rare find.
Don't let the simplicity deter you. The hotel is very quiet. Parking is very safe and offered good shade on a hot day. My small dog was welcomed and also enjoyed a good night's sleep. Great cappuccino in the morning. ☕️
