Cons:

A qualidade do quarto e materiais, só tinha sabão líquido para lavar as mãos, chuveiro sujo e parecia que ninguém tomou banho lá a meses, o estuque do teto estava a cair, as almofadas eram péssimas, o pequeno almoço deixou muito a desejar, máquina do café mal regulado, não vi nenhum funcionário nos pequenos almoços, apenas tinha pão, croissants, manteiga, queijo e algumas frutas de lata.

aceito que por um hotel de 1 estrela não podemos esperar muito mais, mas há mínimos.

simpatia dos funcionários

Cons:

casas de banho completamente velhas, sanitários estragados, com ferrugem etc. e cabelos no ralo, inaceitável.
pequeno almoço aceitável no máximo, apenas com 2 ou 3 opções. e café muito mau.
