Conveniently located close to the beach, shops, cafes and other main attractions. Building is new and modernly decorated and the staff is very friendly and helping. Our room was also very spacious, with lots of amenities and cleanly maintained (though one caveat about the room I mention in the negatives). In addition, we were greatly satisfied with the breakfast with sufficient variety and good quality.

Cons:

Only thing and yet quite significant bother for our stay was the location of the room. It might be a linguistic mix-up, but in the definition it said 'basement superior room', which I wrongly took as a ground level room when I made the reservation. However, when we reached the hotel, we found out the room was actually located 'sub-basement', one level below the lobby, with only very narrow ceiling level windows and nothing else. We literally had to climb down the stairs to reach our room. Besides, I am still amazed how it passed safety regulations as the only escape route during an emergency was the narrow stairs leading up to the lobby. I mean no offense, but such a place is only good for storing pool chemicals and cleaning supplies, not hotel guests.
