Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, el estilo de la casa que es muy acogedor y sobre todo, la terraza. La vista al muelle es divina!

Cons:

La habitación es bastante pequeña, pero más que nada es que no es un hotel, como se describen en el sitio. Es un alojamiento nada más, no cuenta con restaurante o cafetería propia, por lo que hay que ir a desayunar a otro sitio. La recepción es un escritorio y la persona está en horario laboral, pero el resto del día o fin de semana no hay nadie. Deberían cambiar la identificación del alojamiento.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello fronte mare, a pochi passi dal porto turistico da cui partono i principali tour di San Cristobal. La camera era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e confortevole. Il bagno era piccolino, ma versatile. La camera era proprio fronte mare e davanti avevamo una terrazza con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti. La colazione (buonissima) era compresa nel prezzo ma non servita nell'hotel, bensì in un ristorante a circa 1-2 minuti di passeggio. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Pros:

Hotel direkt am Hafen , super zentral. Großes Zimmer in “Grotten”-Stil. Betten bequem. Sauber.

Cons:

Offenes Bad, dadurch für Pärchen eher ok, da man alles mitbekommt.

INACCURATE DESCRIPTION-NO PRIVATE BALCONY ONLY A SHARED OUTDOOR SPACE
Pros:

The location of the property is extremely convenient. It is also nice that part of the property is not accessible by traffic.

Cons:

There were a number of things I didn't like about this property, mostly based on the inaccuracy of the pictures and description.
1. The pictures for the room I reserved showed a glass door leading out to what I expected to be a balcony, based on what was in the description. My room didn't have a glass door, instead there was just a window. My entrance was on the side.
2. The description said the room has a balcony. WRONG. There is a shared outdoor space, which is accessible to people from the street. Do not reserve if you are expecting to have a balcony like the description says.
3. The walls in the room are thing, and you can hear everything.
4. The shower has an electric heater. Even at the max setting, the hot water does not get hot enough. It also does not stay warm long enough.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mehrere Minuten entfernt, die Auswahl sehr begrenzt und für Wasser und einen zusätzlichen Kaffee mussten wir extra bezahlen, was vorher nicht gesagt wurde. Zwei Wochen nach Abreise wurden uns 20 USD abgezogen weil wir angeblich unseren Zimmerschlüssel mitgenommen hätten, obwohl wir ihn wie besprochen auf dem Tisch liegen gelassen haben (Rezeption war noch geschlossen). Keine Nachricht oder Nachfrage am selben Tag, nur eine Belastung zwei Wochen später. Ein unmögliches und dreistes Verhalten.
