Good value for the price. We were looking for a place to stay with a higher rating, but in my opinion, it doesn't live up to the advertised 9.3 - see comments. On the other hand, it's one of the more affordable options in the area. Quiet location.
Breakfast was rather lackluster compared to other accommodations. The only cold drink available was water, and there were no hot deli meats (just eggs).
What surprised me was that they required us to pay the city tax again, even though we had already paid it as part of our Booking.com reservation.
The room was clean and relatively large, but the bathroom had a foul odor coming from the drainpipe.
The villa has spacious rooms, with a classy lobby. Nice balcony with a great view.
They have a major issue with the bathroom drain, especially that the water leeks everywhere on the floor from the shower and it does smell quite bad.
