equipement
rapport qualite/prix
surete (proximite d'un poste de police)
presence de nombreux points de restaurations, cafe, atm...aux alentours

Cons:

rue tres commerçante donc beaucoup de bruit
peu de service de laverie aux alentours pour des sejours plus longs
escalier sans ascenseur menant a l'accueil donc gros bagages attention
equipement du personnel non fonctionnel, cela leur permettrait de travailler correctement

Comfy beds, good tv, friendly staff

Toilet leaking before we came and flooded the bathroom, shower was sketchy and many cockroach-like insects

Room was spacious, in great location. Good to stay if you need to explore around the city. Great value of you travel alone/couple. But not family.
Staff is English-speaking, which was very helpful. Quick check-in & check-out.

Cons:

Noisy around 10-11pm, very loud music. No view(if they provide you upgraded room for 4 ppl, it has window which has common balcony(or smth like balcony) where you can hear neighbors from bottom/upper floor.

カードキーなので利便性がよかった。

Cons:

ちらほらとゴキが出ますが、同価格帯のホテルはどちらもそうだと思うので不満と言うほどではありませんでした。
