Miserable experience, didn't stay the night

When I used the filter for traveling with pets this hotel came up on the list.
As soon as I arrived a unfriendly staff member told me the parking place was not a dog toilet. I explained to him I was going to walk my dogs across the street. Then when I got back to hotel I was told I would have to leave because dogs were not allowed to stay in hotel room. They offered a Kaution of 300 euros but I declined and lost my money I paid on the hotel room and had to leave.

inchecken kon vanaf 1500 uur maar er was niemand Inn he gebouw en een man stond ergens in de achtertuin
hij belde naar de eigenaar en die dame zegt dat ik geen keuze kon maken van de 4 kamers en nik snapte erv niets van.
en de dame kon pas om 1800 uur komen.
we moesten al het bedrag van 50 betalen
dus zeer slechte informatie op het heel oud gebouw en het lijkt wel een AZC locatie
kim heb een klacht ingediend bij Booking com en het bedrag terug gevraagd
we zochten naar een ander hotel

Preisleistung für die Art von Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
Liegt etwas außerhalb aber man kommt ganz gut von dort weg.

Cons:

Die Duschewanne in meinem Zimmer war unter einer Dachschräge, somit war das Duschen nur leicht gebückt möglich.
Aber halb so wild.

Gastei de tudo e a filosofia do atendimento do hotel me surpreendeu bastante tudo foi orientado por email e a base de dígitos de códigos, uma grande experiência que nunca tinha visto arredor de alguns países já frequentados por mim.

Cons:

Foi somente um mínimo detalhe que me decepcionou, o gel duche. Encontrei algo parecido mas aquele era o gel para lavagem de mãos, a falta de gel duche num hotel sempre tem sido algo fatal.

Había obra al frente y el ruido era insoportable, no tenía ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador, pasamos la noche más fatal! En la habitación de al lado había una alarma encendida y hasta que llamamos a recepción la apagaron después de varias horas, un desastre
