Personale eccellente ma si potrebbe fare di più per valorizzare la struttura
Pros:

Il Personale della struttura molto educato e professionale e la seconda camera era molto pulita ed il letto e stato veramente confortevole anche se l'arredamento non è molto nuovo , l'hotel è situato in zona centrale in area pedonale e vicino alle spiagge.

Cons:

Il primo appartamentino aveva la porta di entrata rotta è con ancora le pulizie da fare pur essendo arrivati molto dopo l'orario di check-in ma può succedere, avvisato il personale in reception mi e stata prontamente sostituita con una camera tradizionale ma purtroppo con interruttore della luce rotta quindi abbiamo dovuto utilizzare quella del bagno fortunatamente funzionante ed il soffitto presentava chiare macchie e scrostamenti da infiltrazioni o qualche perdita di acqua.
Il parcheggio non era disponibile come scritto perché essendo in zona pedonale e soggetta a ZTL siamo stati inviati dal personale in un altro parcheggio a pagamento a 10 min a piedi dalla struttura.
Arredamento molto datato si potrebbe riammodernare un pochettino.

Very pleasant personnel, especially young girl on the recepcion

Cons:

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows
Dirty stained duvet
A bit old furniture
During the night could be cold in the room
During breakfast, if you are "late" and come 1h after breakfast started, there is a big chance to wait a long time to missed food will be added (or, it will be added just partially)

Rispondeva perfettamente alle mie necessità.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, personale gentile e molto disponibile, colazione buona

Cons:

Purtroppo verso le 4 di notte ritirano la spazzatura sulle strade ma questo non dipende dall'hotel

Lage im Zentrum (Misano ist aber nicht allzu groß)

Cons:

Kein eigener Parkplatz, der 10min. entfernte PP nur gg Gebühren (€ 9,- / Tag), Frühstück sehr dürftig (wenig Auswahl, bald mal leer), Betten sehr hart, diverse kleine Mängel im Zimmer..

Horrendous, worst 3* hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Location was great

Cons:

The room smelt musky, we didn’t have a proper bed as advertised it was a bed settee, very old and uncomfortable, we had no WiFi in our room, no tv or mini bar and no fridge or wake up call (telephone) as advertised. The hair dryer was less than useless and the air conditioning unit was broken, it was constantly on and couldn’t be turned off ☹️☹️☹️

Stanza grande per lo standard e bagno grande e finestrato. Siamo stati messi in una zona dietro all'hotel vero e proprio, ma non è stato un grosso problema

Il materasso dell'anteguerra ci ha distrutto la schiena. Sarebbe ora di cambiarlo...
