Highly recommend it for the location, price and value and they like Nirvana! lol.

The new owners and staff are super nice and helpful, comfortable bed, room and room temperature, great location and safe hood, breakfast had everything you needed to start the day, they let me drop a bag early, great market next door with everything you’d need to start. Mini fridge, microwave, just enough dishes to get by although only 1 glass, mug and some silverware. I could’ve used some dish soap and sponge to wash up daily. They didn’t clean the room daily which I prefer but nothing was really needed for a 4 night solo stay. Great value. I think I paid $437 total for 4 nights.

Cons:

I needed a bit more glassware and dish soap.

Este amplasata in centrul orasului

Cons:

Cladirea are un aspect învechit (pentru unii poate fi un avantaj aspectul vintage-hotel din anul 1929), iar dispozitivul de încălzire al camerei lasa de dorit, fiind foarte vechi si incalzeste foarte greu camera.
Micul dejun este saracacios.

One of the worst hotel experience I’ve had
Cons:

Crumbling property, old furnitures, squeaky beds, room smell is so bad (no AC in any room), room paint is also bad- has couple of drawings on wall from past- chills out
Also, importantly- no refund given till now. Idk if its booking or the hotel issue. Never booking through booking.com again if it doesn’t get refunded in next couple days.

Vintage/ cute but so different when you are used to SOCAL hotels 😂
Pros:

My kids and I stayed here for a concert. Which was only 7 mins away so that was perfect. The hotel is super vintage and cute. Definitely not what im used too though because of modern day rooms. The tvs are older and ours turned off every 20 mins. They were supposed to fix it but didn't. The rooms have NO AC but opening the windows helped. It was nice having a fridge/ microwave in our room but no coffee maker. Also restaurants/ shops are literally steps away that was SO convenient. Our fav part of the hotel though was the upstairs nook/ library that overlooked the street. The elevators reminded me soo much of old in days movies, they seem a bit sketchy but I enjoyed them 🤣

Cons:

The parts I didn't like were the old tvs that turned off every 20 minutes. The housekeeper came in before we left and threw away stuff that I didn't want to throw out while I was putting my luggages in my car 😒 which is also a bit of a pain they have no parking so I had to drop my car off every day 2 blocks away in an over night parking garage.

No frills hotel offered what we needed
Pros:

Everything was as described. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was serviced when requested. Breakfast was good, and the location perfect. Chinatown, Union Square and North Beach are close by. The market next door had just about everything you may need. Plus there's a Trader Joe within walking. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a laundry place right around corner.

Cons:

Our bathroom need minor repairs such as a new faucet (fell off twice) and towel holder over the toilet also fell off. The room had an old or odd smell. Some TV channels didn't work. Need more USB ports.The 2nd floor has a nice space for relaxing with books and computers but no food/drinks are allowed. Allow food/drinks, and play music. Lastly, there was trash on the street (along Bush and Taylor) consistently for days. daily cleaning will improve the outside area tremendously.

Colchón muy blando, estimo gastado, desayuno muy pobre, solo para iniciar el día con un café y algo seco.
