An der Rezeption war die Dame äußerst höflich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sie kümmert sich wirklich sehr gut um ihre Gäste. Wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen!

It was easy to navigate, and very safe and clean in the rooms. Staff was also nice and very accommodating

I had a nice comfortable bed to myself and my room was nice. I had a tv with lots of channels to watch, bathrooms were nice and clean, had wifi, offered everything I needed

Cons:

The only thing is the very rough location in the Tenderloin district. Very dirty and smelly streets with lots of drug use and sketchy behaviour. However, the actual property itself was nice and offered everything I needed for a place to stay

Boston Hotel
Pros:

Location (however not the surroundings, full of addicts) and being quite silent (not much noise)

Cons:

Lack of hospitality, drug addicts (fentanyl) in front of the entrance, dirty bathroom, no coffee machine not even water-cooker in the room, the constant stench of cannabis, no common room, having to be let in by ringing a bell
