Perfectly located little gem of a hotel!
Pros:

Exceptional food and drink for buffet breakfast. Really friendly staff who always had a smile. Kept all areas to a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The bike room was perfect for us and we loved the water cooler in there. We will be back!

Cons:

Our room smelt slightly of drain, but only noticed it when you walked in and it wasn’t really bad or anything. Have to accept that in hot places this can happen.

Greit hotell med nydelig beliggenhet.
Pros:

Fantastisk flott beliggenhet. Flott utsikt fra vårt rom i 4etasje. Veldig flott å spise rett ved sjøen på La Terrazza. Veldig stille og rolig. Ingen trafikkstøy. Greit å parkere på gata.

Cons:

Dårlig innordnet soverom med skyvedør inn til bad/toalett rett ved den ene sengen. Ingen lydisolasjon mellom soverom og bad. Alle solsenger ved sjøen ble okkupert tidlig på morgenen. Stor kvalitets-forskjell på mat serveringene. Av og til var det lang ventetid på kaffe om morgenen. Små dobbeltrom.

Clean, comfortable, good food, great pool area, room could have been slightly bigger
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the pool was good as was the gym and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The outside beach bit was lovely.

Cons:

the room was a little smaller than we'd have like given how much we paid and it is impossible to get a taxi in pollensa - that's not the hotel's fault, but just be aware

Great hotel, highly recommend just not when families are travelling with kids.
Pros:

Beautiful location, quiet, relaxing. Hotel was immaculate, modern, perfect facilities, wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a happy one. Wonderful trip out with lunch in the hotel’s boat, well priced.. Pepe was a great skipper/host. Wonderful food served in the restaurants, excellent service. Great buffet breakfast..

Cons:

The hotel is really set up for adults only travelling with older children, 16+. The outside solarium needs to be managed better. Large families dominated the area, hogging sun loungers with towels and then disappearing for hours, smoking, vaping, small kids running around, screaming, mobile phones on loud speaker… it’s one of selling points of this beautiful hotel, but the tranquility was spoiled and the vibe was akin to a tourist beach in a cheap resort - there is a designated kids pool on the other side of the hotel, but nothing is monitored or enforced, which is a real shame.

A beautiful hotel with stunning views
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful maintained. It is cleaned thoroughly every day. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. The lunch menu is served until 6pm which was good. The dinners served on the Terrace were of a high standard. Our apartment was well equipped and spacious. The drinks service around the pool was excellent and efficient.

Cons:

Service on the terrace in the evening could be a little slow but staff were amazing.
