Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó es la hospitalidad, la calidez, la recepción y atención del personal. La habitación totalmente cómoda y acogedora. El servicio de desayuno excelente, rico y casero. Las perritas del lugar muy bellas y amorosas.

In bad need of a serious restoration

The staff were very helpful and the location perfect for golf at the nearby Rocas de Santo Domingo golf course

Cons:

The buildings were old and lacking maintenance, with peeling paint, etc. The rooms were very cold with insufficient heating for a cold June night. We were assigned the lower level rooms accessed by a dark path and shabby corridor.

Tranquilo y bien atendido
Pros:

Nos quedamos en una cabaña que estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo necesario, nos atendieron (Pedro) de una manera espectacular, muy amable y muy atento a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno exquisito.

Cons:

La cabaña es bien antigua y sencilla, se nota que la han ido remodelando, pero las camas son antiguas y el sofá del living tb,. La estufa no daba abasto, pero Pedro nos trajo leña para la bosca, con eso anduvimos bien.

Acogedor y tranquilo. Personal impecable
Pros:

Es un hotel viejito, no es un hotel de lujo. Pero la gente que trabaja allí ya la quisieran los hoteles de lujo. La atención, el trato, el respeto y la amabilidad no se cobran y son quizás lo más valioso de una experiencia hotelera.

Cons:

Como el hotel es viejito, cuando estás en el baño se escucha lo que conversan en el dormitorio de al lado.
