Really nice modern clean hotel, with very friendly staff. In a quite noisy area
Pros:

The room was in a quiet section of the hotel. it was very clean and modern with lovely pool areas. The staff were lovely and exceptionally helpful

Cons:

the surrounding area and outdoor discos/road noise were quite loud at times - although I do appreciate there is little the hotel can do about outside noise. There were not many gluten free options for breakfast

Jedzenie, czystość obsługa

Cons:

Nie rozumiałam, dlaczego podczas śniadań była wydzielona specjalna strefa bez dzieci przy oknach z widokiem na zatokę mimo, że już inna restauracja była tylko przeznaczona dla dorosłych.
Zimna woda w basenie - podczas pobytu w miesiącach kwietniowych nie było to przyjemne.

Pros:

Mums ar bērniem bija all inclusive - apmierināta ar ēdiena daudzveidību. Uzkodas un dzērieni pieejami starp ēdienreizēm. Divas reizes varējām izmantot iespēju vakariņot restorānā, "ala carte menu" - ļoti patika! Vakaros viesnīcas bārā dzīvā mūzika. Bijām priecīgi par bērnu kluba pieejamību -bija iespēja mazai atelpai. Īpašs paldies recepcijā darbiniekam Alex, ļoti pretīmnākošs. Lieli baseini, viesiem pietiek vietas un nav drūzmas.

Cons:

Ēdiens - trūka garšas. Bet domāju, ka tā ir ieradumu problēma un kultūras atspulgs.

Pros:

+ Sea view on the 4th floor is nice
+ Comfortable bed
+ Restaurants nearby
+ Good food in the hotel's restaurant (lunch)

Cons:

- Mould (changed rooms and in both bathroom showers had mould, better take flip flops to use under shower if you don't want to stand on it). This is unacceptable for me in the hotel of this rank. Mould can be easily removed from under the shower with the right spray, so letting your guests stand on it is outrageous in this century.
- The first room I got was on the 2nd floor, it has very loud machine on a balcony that could be heard even though I used earplugs. Why would you design it there I don't know ...The sea view was also not really there. Luckily, they agreed to change my room (4 floor), which had a nice view and was comfortable.
- Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but the bread is very low quality. It has been a long time since I saw this American type of bread that tastes like plastic.
- Location, nothing there, except the sea view. Old buildings, nothing to see there. No beach as well. A lot of British people who come there to sit at the pool and drink. If that's not your style better to go somewhere else.
- Old hotel, walls need painting, breakfest area need refreshing.

One of the best hotels I had chance to stay
Pros:

Hotel is located by the seashore. has his own pools suitable for everyone. Also there is access to the swimming in the sea.
Rooms are perfect, everything is clean and tidy.
Breakfast and lunch were very good. Very large variety of food and everything was delicious. There are several restaurants available.
All personnel at hotel is kind and supportive. I especially want to mention housekeeper at rooms 4235 and 4238 Bihram and waitress Miracle in Azure restaurant. They are extremely kind, ready to help, polite, always smiling . Big thanks and best wishes for them.

Cons:

Not actually I didn't like. It's just to think about improvement:
It would be good to have QR codes in room booklet with restaurants menus and prices. Also it would be good to have information about pools open hours.
