The room was a very good standard well equipped and perfectly adequate

Cons:

The staff were friendly and mostly accommodating of my less than perfect Portuguese but when confronted with problems or difficulties they could only smile and ignore the problem. My main concerns were the lack of training of waiting staff who couldn’t
open a bottle of wine and the terrible meal which I can say was the worst hotel restaurant meal I’ve ever had.

As casas de banho poderiam ser um pouca melhoradas pois as vezes parecia que a sanita e o bide nao estavam bem fixos e tinha um buraco na casa de banho.
