Stan czystości i zaopatrzenia kuchni ogólnodostępnej wymaga poprawy (brak kubków, talerzy, sztućców). Mimo zapewnień brakowało w pokoju zestawu do kawy/herbaty. Spod kabiny prysznicowej wylewała się woda, nie było czym jej zbierać.

Położenie jest świetne, pokoje są dobrze wyposażone i w miarę czyste.

Cons:

Niestety wejście do hotelu jest dzielone z wejściem do indyjskiej restauracji i zapach na wejściu jest bardzo nieprzyjemny (na szczęście nie dociera na piętra). Dodatkowo palarnia na 2 piętrze daje o sobie znać.

Polecam Cieszyn, ale nie w tym hotelu.

Lokalizacja dobra. Pokój cichy. Wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Źle finkcjonujace ogrzewanie oraz ledwo ciurkajaca woda w lazience. Podczas 4-dniowego pobytu nikt nie sprzątał w pokoju. Na korytarzu od rana wyziewy z restauracjji indyjskiej. Cena za standard hotelu nie do przyjęcia.
