Sehr engagierte Crew mit sehr vielfältigem Freizeitprogramm, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Lage, ziemlich grosse Suiten. Faire Preise für Essen und Getränke. Gutes Frühstück.
Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäss. Es fehlt an Leselampe(n), Sofa und Stühle sind weder gemütlich noch gestalterisch passend, Handtücher älter, relativ wenig Deko an Wänden (damit sind diese etwas kahl und trostlos). Belichtungskonzept macht die Zimmer etwas dunkel. Duschen sehr eng und klar älter (Duschkabinen), kein Tee/Kaffee etc. im Zimmer verfügbar. Der Wellness Bereich ist recht klein.
Alles in allem wird mit Herz und Engagement wett gemacht was modernere Häuser mit mehr Investitionen in die Ausstattung voraus haben.

Our 5-day stay at this beautiful place was absolutely wonderful and very enjoyable, even though we happened to have a particularly rainy week. We still managed to find a great activity to do every day. We received a little daily newsletter with breakfast, including recommendations for activities and hiking opportunities, which was a really nice touch.
They also catered to my 5-year-old daughter’s gluten- and dairy-free diet without any problem at all, which was a huge plus for us.
The Thursday trout evening at the fish hut is definitely not to be missed! The atmosphere is fantastic, and it was a huge experience for my girls to catch their own dinner — even in 18°C weather and light drizzle. We also really enjoyed the yoga and kids’ yoga classes.
Whenever we had a question or any small issue came up, the staff handled everything quickly and flexibly. It’s clearly a multi-generational family-run hotel, and from what we could see, many of the guests are families who have been coming back for years. Despite this, they were friendly and welcoming to all new guests, including us.

Excelent location, some of the staff is really friendly. Food is good tho expensive and the portions are a bit small. Room was very nice, with amazing views of the mountains. There are EV chargers available downstairs, but they are usually busy and on the expensive side.
Nothing in this hotel is in english, no menu, no bills, no information except for one booklet in the room. At the restaurant we had no idea what we were eating, and not all of the staff were communicative.
