It was clean, easy to access, good room
Didn’t have an iron available
Clean and well presented, complimentary tea and coffee. An extra fan was provided (whilst we were out) due to the extreme heat- fabulous! Just what we needed after a hot day at the beach.

Easy access, decent price (at time of booking), decent location and lovely pub just downstairs.
Room we stayed in (room 9) had slanted roof which made walking about room uncomfortable - at 6ft 2 I had to duck or lean. Shower was very poor, water dribbled out. On arrival we found two used make up wipes by fridge and fridge tray on desk with water inside it. Sofa was badly stained too. Photos were taken and a complaint made via bookings.com but 2 days after our departure still no response. Which I find strange as communication before stay was good and via same place where our concerns were raised.
It is a hidden treasure in an ok area. It was clean and value for money. I was worried bout the bar/restaurant being loud downstairs and we didn’t hear much at all.
As the property was high up and a hot day, it was extremely warm in the room and there was only one fan provided and no aircon. That would be my only negative otherwise the room was really lovely.
Good value, clean and roomy, with an excellent shower, TV and tea/coffee making stuff.

It is just not staffed, so you get in by code. No problem, but with no other facilities you can't call it great, but it is wholly functional.
It was clean and roomy and the bed was nice and big and very comfortable.
That there was no car park at the property. In the details it mentioned and also showed in the picture of the room that there was a fridge but there was no fridge. My partner is type 1 diabetic and needs to store insulin so that was not great as the weather was extremely hot. Also the fan provided wasn’t working effectively checked it and it was dirty so had to clean it which we shouldn’t have had to do.

Paper thin walls kept me awake all night with loud guests 1st night. 2nd night a George Michaelĺ tribute band was booming through the walls and floor boards until 10.40pm
Cheap and cheerful, clean and easy to access and check in.
Only one small window so it was a bit dark in the room with limited natural light.
Nice comfortable room - had everything we needed. Desk made it easy to work from room before going to office. Plenty of space.

Very comfortable bed, fresh crisp bed linen, extra pillows. Remote check in efficient and practical.
Property looked tired and in need of a re fresh. Litter on floor just inside entrance when we arrived still there next day. Marks on walls, grubby chair, very noisy due to location on high street. Parking a short walk away and chargeable through the week.
