Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast here was excellent. Good value for the money.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome and it was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Better signage and the hallways were dark and annoying to have to try and find a light.

La vue depuis la chambre sur le fjord et les montagnes. Propre.

Cons:

Chambres à peine meublée. Pas de tables de nuit. Pas de décorations. Pas de place pour laisser ses affaires dans la salle de bains. Signalétique defaillante pour trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel. Comme si l'hôtel était encore en construction.

Basic Stay, Not Worth the Price.
Cons:

Hotel Torfnes is quite expensive for what it offers. The room was very basic and no hairdryer was provided. The shower did not drain properly, causing water to flood the bathroom. It is suitable if you only need a place to sleep and shower, but overall it feels overpriced. The breakfast area also feels like a canteen, and I heard the building used to be a school.

Pros:

Well located, only a short walk from the centre of Ísafjörður, the hotel is basic but had all we needed. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like. It’s no-frills but has the essentials and is kept beautifully clean.
