Great hotel but needs outdoor seating
Pros:

Fantastic location
Bedrooms in excellent condition
Comfy beds
Bathroom spotless
Room service was great to come back to made beds and topped up tea etc
Receptionists very friendly

Cons:

We were told we could book breakfast when we arrived - then upon arrival we were told booking was full and we couldn't book either morning of our two night stay. This was problematic as my Disabled father needed food in a morning.
Also no OUTDOOR seating at all - maybe the small area where you have 2 x cars parked could be a lovely little area with a couple of benches or seating.

Overall a lovely stay we enjoyed it despite the few issues. Would stay there again
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

No parking, no air conditioning the room was unbearably hot. Windows only opened slightly so could get no air in room.
The door to bathroom was stiff and squeaky and so if anyone went to toilet in the night they woke everyone up.

Room was lovely, although very hot! Grateful for the fan!

No air con in room and windows only opened a little so struggled to sleep as it was so hot, housekeeping tried to enter the room just after 9 on checkout day even tho we had until 10, I was just getting out the shower and hubby was still asleep in bed

Pros:

The hotel has a great location on the seafront right in front of the pier. Our room had a view of the pier and the beach. It's a nice hotel and serves a good English breakfast. This hotel is owned by Daish's who operate coach holidays so the clientele are mostly elderly people. We didn't realise this when booking but it didn't affect our stay. There is bingo and entertainment every night with the pensioners up dancing and having fun.

Cons:

The bar staff didn't seem very happy.

The rooms were very clean. Staff friendly. Good entertainment on in the evening.

Cons:

There was an issue with our rooms. We had to re-arrange sleeping arrangements. Felt stressful when we arrived. The staff member was talking about cancelling someone arriving the next day. Felt awful if that was to happen. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms on the hotest days of the year. Unpleasant to sleep in the rooms.

The location was amazing we had a sea view room

Cons:

The receptionist wasn't very friendly , rather rude not very helpful when she saw a old lady one of her customers struggling with her bag didn't help her at all and also the shower was getting blocked as it wasn't cleaned properly had all hair clogging it up
