Pros:

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Auch das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Die Ferieneohnung war dreckig, besonders das Bad. Staub in den Steckdosen, Handtuchhalter gelb und klebrig. Lose Bodenfliesen, lose, abgefallene Bodenleisten. Küchenzeile: Mülleimer defekt, Griff abgerissen, zerrissene Gardienen im Schlafzimmer rechts. Lose Steckdosen.
Dem Eigentümer waren die Mängel bekannt, es eurde dennoch für 249Euro/Nacht vermietet.
Und wurden 70 Euro zurück erstattet. Das sind 30% des Buchungspreises....allerdings reicht das bei den Mängeln bei Weiten nicht aus. Auf Bitte, dass der Eigentümer uns kontaktieren möge kam bis heute keine Antwort.

Etwas zu teuer für die Ausstattung, aber Lage genial.
Pros:

Die Lage ist genial, 2 min. zum Strand, aber in einer Nebenstraße ohne großen Lärm.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war wohl davor ein Ladengeschäft oder ähnliches. Es gab nur eine Glastüre zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern. Es war auch nahezu unmöglich, den Vorhang so zu verschließen, dass keiner in das Zimmer schauen konnte.

Für eine Übernachtung ausreichend aber überteuert
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war top

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war weniger als einfach, auch der Treppenaufgang zum Zimmer müsste mal renoviert werden.
Der grosse Balkon ,.besonders das rostige Geländer gehören auch mal instand gesetzt.

Läget kompenserade dålig städning, ingen AC och en halvbra frukost.
Pros:

Mycket bra läge, vi älskade att ha så nära till stranden och strandpromenaden. Frukosten var okej, utbudet tilltalar nog tyskar bättre. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen.

Cons:

Det var sand på golvet så vi kunde inte gå inne utan skor. Sängarna kunde varit skönare och det var väldigt varmt så det var svårt att sova. Vi fick en liten kompensation för städningen. Dyr parkering tre kvarter från hotellet.

Preisleistung passt einfach nicht ! Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort!

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung.

Die Lage war perfekt, das Personal auch super freundlich, das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer was wir hatten, war ok, für einen Tag, aber die Ausstattung sehr alt backend und das Bett war eine Katastrophe, sehr alt und unbequem, Mini Kissen zum Schlafen! Wir waren auf einen Hinterhof, muss eine Ferienzimmer gewesen sein, in der Beschreibung hieß es Hotelzimmer. Das war jetzt nicht so überragend, leider.

It was a good stay and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The rooms in the apartment were a good size especially the kitchen-living area. The apartment was very close to the beach and the town centre.

Cons:

It needs a little bit of TLC in the kitchen. But otherwise it was good value for money, a good location, good breakfast and a nice sized apartment.
