Übernachtung am Schloss Neuschwanstein.
Pros:

Die Nähe zu den Schlössern und das Essen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett gebucht, bekommen haben wir anstelle eines Einzelbetts eine Couch, die viel zu klein war.

Pros:

位置非常好，我們訂的其中一間雙人房的落地窗可以直接看到新天鵝堡，非常驚艷。
飯店配合的停車場在斜對面，Check-in後會提供一個小卡放在擋風玻璃前，就可以停車。
如果只入住一晚建議可以第一天先去高天鵝堡，第二天一早吃完早餐後退房，再輕鬆搭馬車去新天鵝堡，這樣不需要趕著回飯店退房。
馬車搭乘的位置就在飯店的斜對面。

Cons:

很可惜沒有電梯，需要扛著行李箱上下樓。
衛浴偏小。

ホテルも併設のレストランも、スタッフが皆さん親切でフレンドリーでした。部屋に入るとハートのモチーフがたくさんあって、かわいかった。
とても素敵な滞在になりました。また、ロケーションも抜群で観光に行きやすかった。

Cons:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けてから観光に行き、ホテルへ戻ったところ、私たちのスーツケースが屋外に置かれていて、スタッフがいなかったため不用心だと思った。誰かに盗まれなくてよかった。
部屋から城がよく見える部屋を事前にリクエストし、承諾の返事がきていたが、実際はバルコニーの隣の部屋との仕切りが邪魔で、城があまり見えなかった。

Wonderful hotel and restaurant near Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau.
Pros:

The staff was very gracious and accommodating, as we arrived later in the evening, but were still offered a table for dinner. The food was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. And you just can’t beat the location with this price.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, da tolle Lage und Ausblick. Für Kurzaufenthalt geeignet.
Pros:

sehr gute Lage, um Schloß Neuschwanstein zu besuchen - sehr gutes Frühstück - vom Balkon aus direkter Blick auf Schloß

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, aber das wußten wir vorher. Leider auch Doppelbett sehr klein. Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug - mit Gepäck etwas mühsam. Auf Balkon (unter Dach) hätte das Gebälk mal gefegt werden können. Wer Angst vor Spinnen hat, sollte aufpassen.

Excellent hotel, great location
Pros:

The room was spotless. The bathroom was the cleanest and freshest of 8 hotels that we’ve stayed in on this trip. Reception staff spoke very good English. Evening meal on site was very good. Breakfast was good too. Excellent location for Neuschwanstein Castle (we had a balcony and view of the castle). Able to leave the car in the car park opposite the hotel while we visited the castle. Also a cafe/bistro on site for snacks

Cons:

For me personally, the mattress was a little too soft, but that’s just my preference. Otherwise faultless.

Perfect!
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Checkin was easy and pleasant. We were thrilled to have a room with a balcony looking straight at Neuschwenstein Castle. So beautiful! The room was perfect for our family with a separate room for the children. Parking was easy and included across the road. Dinner was fabulous in the restaurant, breakfast was perfect. Easy walk to the castles and lake.

Very nice stay in a historic building
Pros:

This is a "historic" building, but very nicely decorated with upgraded amenities. the room was a good size for 2 people. Bathroom was a good size. The staff at checkin were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but really a bit limited. Dinner was excellent at the restaurant and the restaurant staff were really great!! Parking (Paid) at the parking space across the road was a huge plus. Location is excellent...only 4 minutes walk to the bus up to the castles

Breakfast was standard, but limited offerings e.g. little fruit/berries

The Hotel Alpenstuben is a True Gem, will be back.
Pros:

The location was perfect! The breakfast was excellent. The beds were very comfy, shower was great! Really enjoyed our stay here. The private, outdoor patio was the unexpected bonus that we just loved!

Cons:

The pillows could be better.
