Personal ist hervorragend
Pros:

Das Personal ist richtig gut, wir konnten das Zimmer vor Ort nochmal wechseln, es war sehr heiß an unserem reisewochenende und wir waren mit Baby und Hund im Dachgeschoss eingebucht. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns super geholfen und hat uns zum Glück in ein anderes Zimmer buchen können. Essen im Restaurant war auch super lecker

Cons:

Restaurant und Unterkunft mitten in der Touristenecke somit teurer.
Keine Klimaanlage, im Jahr 2026.
Ventilatoren die klappern und aus dem letzten Loch blasen.

Ideal place to stay if you want to visit Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles.
Pros:

Wonderful location! Both castles within walking distance (if fit!) Lake Alpsee only a 10 minute walk. Bed very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our veranda with views of Neuschwanstein castle. Nice to have a fan in the room. Parking the car was easy just opposite but at a cost. Good evening meals and free tea and coffee available to make in a communal area for guests.

Расположение! Парковка напротив. Вкусный ресторан при отеле. Хороший напор воды. Мягкие кровати. В одной комнате кровать с балдахином. Три балкона. Красота.

Cons:

В день отъезда в отеле устанавливали кондиционеры. Но мы спали с вентиляторами - было терпимо.

Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, kb 25 perc séta a Neuschwanstein-i kastély, de a buszmegálló csak 2 percre van. A Hohenschwangau kastély kb 5 perc gyalog, ahogyan a tó is. Parkolás közvetlen a szállás előtt.

Das Personal und die Hotelleitung ist super freundlich und kompetent. Die Hotellage ist einzigartig. Perfekter Service für die Zimmer und in der Gastronomie.

Cons:

Loved this hotel!
Pros:

This is the cutest little hotel! My family had two rooms. Both were very spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great spot! Literally a 3-5 min walk to the base of Hohenschwangau castle, which is also where the shuttle picks up to take you to Neuschwanstein castle. We had nice balconies. One balcony had a beautiful view of the Neuschwanstein castle. The town is darling. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Cons:

The only thing I wish they had was an elevator. Be aware you have to carry your bags upstairs.

Pros:

ノイシェバンシュタイン城へのアクセス手段であるバスや馬車の乗り場にも近く大変便利な立地。
山小屋の雰囲気が味わえる宿でした。
宿から城を望める絶好の眺め。朝は逆光の為　美しい城はシルエットのみ。
朝の散歩でアルペン湖へ　透き通った水とアルプスの山々は素晴らしかった。

Cons:

エレベータは無く、階段が多少急で多少狭い為、スーツケースを運ぶのに多少苦労した点。

Een mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken. We kregen in eerste instantie een ruime kamer op de bovenste verdieping, terwijl we een kamer met balkon hadden geboekt. Doch dit is keurig opgelost door alsnog een kamer met balkon aan te bieden. Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt met lekkere lokale producten en ook het diner was super. Een aanrader niet alleen voor een tussenstop.

Cons:

De koeling op de kamer. Het was erg warm en de kamer had geen ventilator en airco.
