There is no elevator at the property and it can only be accessed via stairs..

Perfecte locatie om Schloss Neuschwanstein te bezoeken
Pros:

Prachtige locatie onderaan de berg waar Schloss Neuschwanstein zich bevindt. Het personeel is opvallend vriendelijk. Het eten in het restaurant is goed.
De auto kan dichtbij geparkeerd worden.
Onze kamer had een (klein) balkon met uitzicht op de bergen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien de kleine badkamer.

Pros:

Ligt vlakbij het slot, kleine 20 minuten lopen. Groot voordeel, je bent er in de avond dus niet druk.

Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Das Schloss Neuschwanstein ist schnell (30-40Minuten je nach Kondition ) zu Fuß erreichbar. Es fahren allerdings auch Kutschen und Busse. Das Hotel ist sauber und gemütlich. Das Bad war sehr modern. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen und Mega lecker.

Cons:

Preislich muss man allerdings etwas mehr einplanen.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with super staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice room, everything was very clean. Dinner was delicious - one of the best meals we have had at any restaurant. The hotel does not have air conditioning, but they provided a fan for each bedroom, which worked well.

Cons:

The only improvement that we could suggest would be a tea/coffee maker in the room.

Best service ever.
Pros:

The hotel was nice. Located right next to ticket office for castle tours.
But the highlight was the staff. All of them. From the wonderful lady who greeted us when we arrived after hours... To the breakfast and dinner staff... to the helpful lady who checked us out, and held our luggage while we toured the castles. This was by far the best service we received anywhere on our trip.

Cons:

Wish we had more time to stay!
