Sympathisches Haus, das etwas Eingewöhnung braucht, dann aber als liebenswert in Erinnerung bleibt.
Pros:

Authentisches Kurhotel mit schönem Schwimmbad. Etwas altmodisch, aber durchaus akzeptabel.

Cons:

Bei Halbpension sind die beiden Essenszeiten sehr früh.

Fast perfektes Hotel - Große Personen sollten aber auf die schmalen Betten achten!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht zentral, 5 Minuten die Straße hinunter und man ist in der Einkaufsstraße.
Das Hotel machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck, vor allem auch im Poolbereich.
Das Zimmer war groß mit Balkon und Minibar. Großes Bad.
Ruhig gelegen.
Großer, abgeschlossener und mit Kamera überwachter Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr). Perfekt.
Schönes, gepflegtes Ambiente insgesamt.

Sehr schöner, großer Innenpool, den wir meist für uns allein hatten.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl.
Wir aßen mehrmals zu Abend im Hotelrestaurant und es war stets sehr lecker.
Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal im Restaurant.

Cons:

Die schmalen Betten !!!
Die Matratzen sind nur 70cm breit (steht auch so auf einem der Fotos bei booking.com. (ich habe es zu spät gesehen).
Große und beleibtere Menschen (so wie ich) werden sich darin nicht wohlfühlen.
Man hat bei jeder Drehung Angst, nachts aus dem Bett zu fallen.

Der Zimmerservice war, was das Betten machen angeht, sehr schlampig. Das passte nicht zum ansonsten sehr guten Eindruck, den wir vom Hotel hatten.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Isergebirge.
Pros:

Der Baustil, die Lage, die Zimmergröße, die Sauberkeit haben uns besonders gefallen. Auch das Servicepersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Wellnesshotel
Pros:

Die gute Lage oberhalb des schönen Kurparks hat uns besonders gefallen. Das Essen war vielfältig, mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprach gut deutsch. Der schöne Wellnessbereich und die vielfältigen Anwendungen rundeten den Urlaub ab. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

To nie jest hotel ****
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko centrum. Czysto. Dobre śniadanie. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Przede wszystkim to nie jest standard hotelu czterogwiazdkowego, to jest uzdrowisko dla starych gości zza zachodniej granicy (i pewnie jest to bardzo dobre uzdrowisko ponieważ gości nie brakowało). A więc: pokoje dziwnie urządzone z łóżkiem blisko drzwi (więc od siódmej rano nie da się spać), wszystko skrzypi i trzeszczy (oczywiście, że podłoga także!), niby czajnik jest ale zero kubków (nie mówiąc już o herbacie czy kawie, po co on tam w ogóle jest?) - to takie najdziwniejsze rzeczy które pamiętam. Aaaa i restauracja taka bardziej pasująca do trzech gwiazdek, chyba bardziej nastawiona na serwowanie wykupionych obiadokolacji i podgrzewaczy niż na prawdziwe a la carte.

Wie konnten uns die drei Tage sehr gut erholen und entspannen.
Pros:

Das Essen war mega. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt, wurde auch immer wieder nachgefüllt. Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut, uns aber schon zuviel. Konnten ja Vorspeise und Suppe abbestellen und somit uns vom Salatbüffet bedienen.
Haben auch das Schwimmbad genutzt. Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cons:

Wir brauchten 1 Tag um uns zurecht zufrieden, da es durch die vielen Anbauten etwas verwinkelt ist. Ist aber kein Problem.

Cena ciut za wysoka za taki standard
Pros:

Hotel jest położony w samym środku Świeradowa, blisko Domu Zdrojowego. Jest hotelowy parking - duży, ale trzeba dodatkowo dopłacić. Sam hotel jest duży, czysty i przestronny. Siłownia w porządku, choć niektóre hantelki nie były w parach. Basen duży, w porządku, ale w jacuzzi woda powinna być cieplejsza. Personel miły i pomocny. Śniadania w porządku, duża sala i z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Łazienka duża, czysta i odnowiona. Przygotowany zestaw kosmetyków.

Cons:

Śniadania - mogłyby być podane w bardziej estetyczny i apetyczny sposób, mogłyby też być bardziej urozmaicone. Osoby z wykluczeniami w jadłospisie mogą mieć problem ze zjedzeniem pożywnego śniadania. W niektórych porach był też problem ze znalezieniem miejsca przy stole i trzeba było dzielić stół z innymi gościmi, co wpłynęło negatywnie na komfort podczas śniadania.
Mimo, że łazienka została odnowiona to drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej otwierają się do wewnątrz, co nie tylko jest niewygodne i nieergonomiczne, ale w przypadku gości, do których hotel głównie kieruje swoją ofertę (osoby starsze) - może być to niebezpieczne (!).
Niektórym gościom może też przeszkadzać fakt, że tuż przy drzwiach inni goście grają w karty i piją piwo do późnej pory.
Ogólnie cena trochę za wysoka jak do oferowanego standardu.
