אדיבות הצוות, מהירות תגובה, חנייה, מקורה ונוחה, מעליות, מבנה הדירה הגדולה, מטבח טוב, ארוחת בוקר,, ספא, נוף יפה, שקט.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes, offensichtlich neu erbautes Hotel oberhalb des Ortes. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und die Küchenutensilien top. Wir hatten eine Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Hause mit Blick ins Grüne und den Hausberg von Spindleruv Mlyn.

Cons:

Es gab leider kein deutsches Fernsehen. Uns wurde auf Nachfrage gesagt, es sei aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers nicht möglich. Am Samstag könne kein Servicetechniker bestellt werden.

Skvěla lokalita, vynikající ubytování, prostorné, nadstandardně vybavené, terasa, parkování, wellness, výborná snídaně,
Pros:

Velikost apartmánu, moderní a plně vybavený, prostorný, velké skříně, dostatek nádobí, všude čisto, přímo z apartmánu vstup na terasu, wellnes. Dostačující snídaně, milý personál. Parkovací stání.

Cons:

Není co vytknout.

Everything was great. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

נהנינו מאוד, כנראה שנחזור!
Pros:

צוות מדהים ועוזר, מאוד נחמדים כולם! ארוחת בוקר עשירה וחדר אוכל עם נוף יפה מאוד, חדרים נקיים, מתקנים נוחים, ניקיון ברמה גבוהה מאוד!

Cons:

המיקום לכשעצמו קצת פחות מרכזי ממה שחשבנו אבל זה קשור ישירות למקום האירוח עצמו, לא נורא ללכת 700מטר למרכז (גם עם זה בעליה :-)

Hotel je moderní a na pěkném místě, docela i klidná část.

Cons:

Do hotelu se vracíme opakovaně, ale tentokrát to bylo obrovské zklamání. Úklid pokoje měl k dokonalosti daleko – v kuchyňce byly špinavé skříňky i nádobí a celkový stav čistoty neodpovídal standardu.
Největší šok ale přišel ráno u snídaně. Těšili jsme se na klidný výhled do přírody, místo toho jsme měli přímo před okny skupinu Ukrajinek cvičících jógu, které na nás při jídle doslova vystrkovaly zadnice. Bylo to naprosto šílené a při stolování vrcholně nevhodné. Nechápeme, jak může hotel takto nedomyšleně zorganizovat prostor. Jako stálé hosty nás tento úpadek úrovně velmi mrzí.
