Le seul problème mais qui n’est pas à cause de l’hôtel c’est le trajet entre le parking et l’hôtel car la route était fermée

Amazing view, and beautiful
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel, with amazing views. The medina can sometimes feel a little claustrophobic, so coming home in a relaxing hotel with open view and relaxing pool, was a bonus!
Staff is very friendly, especially the staff serving the breakfast.
Breakfast and kitchen (diner) was also very good!

Tranquility as an antedote to the hustle and bustle
Pros:

Dar Jasmine is perfectly located on the hillside opposite the town, looking down onto it, up to the mountains, a real haven of peace and serenity but still only 10 mins walk from the town itself. While it benefits from the natural beauty of its location the real beauty here comes from the team at the hotel. They treated us like family, nothing was too much trouble for any single member of the team from the porters who carried our bags up the hill (and down again) to the front of house and everyone else in between. The hammam at Dar Jasmine was a great experience (importantly ultra clean) and very well priced.The food at the hotel was really good, both the Morrocan dishes and on the 'home comfort' front he best club sandwich we have ever had! Shukran Dar Jasmine, Beslama :-)

Cons:

There was a very long climb up a series of stairs to reach the hotel, which was not mentioned in the property's description. While the staff were very helpful and kindly assisted us by carrying our luggage, the climb itself was quite exhausting, especially after traveling.

Additionally, there was a delay during the check-in process. Upon our arrival, one of the staff members was occupied answering questions from other guests about local sightseeing and tours, which resulted in us waiting for some time before being attended to. I became frustrated by the delay; however, the staff recognized the situation, apologized, and made an effort to calm me down and complete the check-in process.

Overall, I appreciate the staff's helpfulness and professionalism, but I believe the information about the stairs should be clearly stated in the hotel description, and the check-in process could be better managed during busy periods.

Un rêve éveillé
Pros:

TOUT était parfait. Le personnel est très professionnel et aux petits soins. L’hôtel surplombe la ville, la décoration est soignée, la chambre était propre et magnifique. La piscine est très belle et la vue sur Chefchaouen est incroyable. Un véritable coup de coeur.

We had an exceptional experience at Dar Jasmine. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, with breathtaking views and a perfect location. The setting makes it easy to relax while still being close to everything worth exploring.

What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to assist with every request.

The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was charming, and every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence.

Great stay. Will go again but will insist on a better room.
Pros:

Views views views - sunrise and sunset and the view of Chefchaouen. I don’t think there is any property that has the views that Dar Jasmine has. Just that should be worth the stay
Restaurant food and service were great. We had dinner and breakfast and loved every aspect of the meal and service. They don’t serve alcohol unless it is preordered but one of the staff dipped into his own stock of beers to offer me one. Very sweet.

Cons:

The road to the property had collapsed. Not fault of the property but the town administration seemed to not care about fixing it for over 4 months. We had walk for 15/20 mins to get to the base of the hotel.

After that we had to walk up 90 steps to get to the hotel. No escalators or elevator. To be honest, despite the inconvenience the hotel did it best to ensure the porters were there to help us, and the views and service more than made up for the inconvenience.

The rooms were good but not great. The bathrooms were a bit old but given the remote location I think they are tolerable for 1-2 days.

I will definitely come back again
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Jasmin. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The view overlooking the blue city of Chefchaouen is absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of the hotel. The restaurant served excellent food, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

Cons:

Service can sometimes be a bit slow, especially during busy periods.
* The hotel requires climbing a number of stairs to reach it, which may be challenging for some guests. However, the elevated location is also what provides the spectacular panoramic views over the city.
