Pour se garer une vraie galère! Il est important d’appeler l’hôtel pour qu’un porteur vienne récupérer les bagages car pour joindre l’hôtel il faut grimper 150 marches.

Pros:

Lieu enchanteur. Difficile d'accès du fait de la route coupée, vous oubliez tout une fois que vous arrivez. L'accueil est charmant, l'hôtel est calme, les chambres très confortables. On y dine très bien. La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter Chefchaouen (à pied) et les environs (en voiture). La vue depuis la piscine est incroyable...

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit toller Aussicht

Schönes Boutique-Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail, tollem Poolbereich, in traumhafter Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

De trappen bij aankomst van het hotel. Het zijn er in totaal bijna 200 treden. Dat was af en toe afzien.

El acceso es, con diferencia, el mayor problema del hotel. Hay que subir más de 100 escalones para llegar y, viajando con maletas grandes, resulta francamente incómodo. En un establecimiento de este nivel esperábamos algún tipo de asistencia con el equipaje, pero el personal no nos ayudó, algo difícil de entender teniendo en cuenta las características del acceso.

La piscina, aunque visualmente es preciosa, estaba llena de avispas, hasta el punto de que resultaba muy difícil disfrutarla. En la zona de comedor tuvimos además un problema importante con moscas e insectos, que deslucía bastante la experiencia.

Durante la cena conseguimos solucionar prácticamente el problema utilizando un remedio sencillo —quemar café molido— y, a partir de ese momento, pudimos cenar tranquilamente sin que moscas ni avispas molestaran. Sorprende que el establecimiento no tuviera previamente una solución eficaz para algo que afecta de manera tan evidente a la experiencia del huésped.
