Pros:

Tutto perfetto, posizione comoda si per andare in centro sia per le spiagge. Colazione sontuosa. La piscina non abbiamo avuto tempo di utilizzarla ma è molto bella.

Cons:

La gestione dei parcheggi è un pò macchinosa con il sistema della catene magari si può semplificare, comunque è un piccolo dettaglio rispetto alla perfezione di tutto il resto.

Für 2 Nächte aufgrund der Lage vertretbar, länger würde ich nicht bleiben wollen, vor allem nicht mit Kind!!
Pros:

Nähe zum See und nach Peschiera unschlagbar, auch einige Restaurant super fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmergröße war ausreichend, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut - große Auswahl, Eierspeisen, frisches Obst und Gebäck, wurde auch laufend aufgefüllt!

Cons:

Wir bekamen mit Kleinkind ein Zimmer mit behindertengerechtem Bad, das war absolut unnötig und sehr unpraktisch - die riesige Dusche (Rollstuhl-geeignet?) ist mit Kind einfach nur anstrengend und unpraktisch, außerdem waren die Duschtüren/Dichtungen undicht und somit nach jedem Duschen das Bad geflutet, das war wirklich sehr unschön, mussten jedes Mal das halbe Bad mit unseren Handtüchern aufwischen?!
Das dazugebuchte (gegen Extra Gebühr!!) Kinderbett war auf den zweiten Blick einfach NUR ekelhaft: unter dem Leintuch eine Kindermatratze mit sichtbaren Urinflecken verschiedenen Alters…!!!!

Das sehr kleine Doppelbett hatte leider nur 1 durchgehende und zudem noch viel zu weiche Matratze, wodurch mein Partner und ich uns bei jeder Bewegung ständig gegenseitig aufgeweckt haben.
Nach der ersten Nacht konnte ich mich kaum noch bewegen, so unbequem war das Bett. Außerdem war nur ein normales Leintuch über der Matratze, das sich nach 1x umdrehen verschoben hat - da hätte ein Spannleintuch wirklich mehr Sinn gemacht?
Man hatte beim Personal das Gefühl, wenn man Stammgast ist, hat man einen anderen Stellenwert, vor allem beim Frühstücksservice!

Der Pool ist eigentlich echt sauber und toll, aber man hat sofort das Gefühl mit Kind unerwünscht zu sein (und unser Kind ist einfach nur KIND, brüllt nicht herum oder ist sonst laut - er hatte sich einfach NUR aufs schwimmen gefreut) da ausnahmslos ALLES verboten ist (riesige Schilder) und man nur genervte Blicke der anderen Gäste erntet - wenn Kinder nicht erwünscht sind, dann bitte das Hotel als Adults only kennzeichnen!!!!
