The Teifi Waterside Hotel

Clean and modern hotel with all facilities needed there and ready to use. Room was massive and comfortable. Great for families. Food at breakfast was amazing as was the evening meal at the onsite restaurant. Staff are so friendly and helpful too. Location is breathtaking with amazing views even in rainy September! Would definitely return!

The Location was exceptional, the accessible bathroom was beautiful, two shower options. Really lovely, modern and big.
the room was very nice small dining table and chairs, small comfy sofa. It was the little things we noticed, such as only mentioning once that my husband needed lactose free milk(we had forgotten to mention it when booking). However once it was mentioned there was a carton for breakfast, along with the oatmilk, and a small carton was left in the fridge in our room. The tea and coffee facilities in our room were good too, there was also a small coffee pod machine along with the kettle.

The balcony was lovely overlooking the estuary. What was particularly nice was the fact that the modern bedrooms were additions to the old hotel, and were sympathatically linked to the old building. The locattion was exceptional, we really enjoyed our break.

Everything from the location to the attention to detail in the refurbishment/new build and more especially the staff. In particular I’d like to call out Rian on reception who went far beyond what you would expect to sort out my booking (I’d actually booked the wrong date and arrived a week early)

Das Hotel war ein Traum. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber hell. Ich habe gerne lang geschlafen, mein Mann fand es herrlich auf der Terrasse morgens das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig. Wenn man Ruhe, die Natur und das Meer genießen will, ist das der richtige Ort. Stadt und Kultur sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

The views from the Teifi are stunning and must be a major pull factor to the hotel. It was lovely to sit in the garden and look out to the estuary at the many wading birds. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We had a balcony room overlooking the estuary; it had a fridge with milk and water, biscuits, little welsh scones and a welcome note.
The included continental breakfast was delicious and made a nice change to the usual cooked offering. There was ham, cheese, eggs, croissants and fruit etc and it was really tasty. Prices both for food and drink were very reasonable too; on the first night, we both had the fish and chips which was fine but nothing exciting. On the second night, the menu changed and so my husband had belly pork and I had seafood linguini which were both delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great staff, comfy and clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was superb. Little touches around the room like mini welshcakes, milk in fridge, welcome card. Absolutely excellent stay, just wish it had been longer, thank you.

This is the second time we have stayed here so we knew what to expect. A lovely hotel in a stunning location overlooking the Teifi estuary. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room had a balcony overlooking the estuary and was very comfortable. The bed was huge. We will definitely be returning.
