Loved the location and staff
Pros:

Super location, small family run hotel with a nice warm welcoming feel to it. St Martin has great restaurants, great shopping and superb bus and bike routes to choose from. Loved Ile de Rey.

Cons:

There was a very strong smell in the bathroom at times. We (probably wrongly) accepted this due to being so close to the water /port area. I did report it at check out. While not nice, it was offset by great staff at reception etc. The breakfast offering is very simple so in my opinion it could expand a little with eggs / meats etc.

Parfait !!!! Super !!!!
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux , personnel à l’écoute.
Chambre très propre, et bien aménagée.
Emplacement au top, pas de voiture à circuler donc hôtel très silencieux.
Restaurant très bien .
Accès au petit déjeuner à votre convenance : un plus .
Merci à toute l’équipe.

Cons:

I had booked parking over the phone but it was not available when we arrived. So remember to book it online.
For very valid reasons parking is an issue. Was rather concerned though with leaving a packed car 20 minutes walk away.

Perfect hotel qua ligging, sfeer en prijs/kwaliteit.
Pros:

Perfecte ligging aan de haven, het vriendelijke maar ook professionele personeel. Verder de schone kamers, goede bedden en niet te vergeten de relaxte sfeer.
