Ca si aspect este frumos, curat, îngrijit.

Cons:

Nu ne-a placut faptul ca mancarea era aceeasi în fiecare zi, puteau sa fie zile cu alte feluri de mancare, mai ales la pranz/cina. Plus faptul ca este destul de strict, nu ai voie in piscina la anumite ore, ceea ce mi se pare absurd, fiind si 4 pisicine la acest hotel si doar pana la o anumite ora, barul la fel, doar pana la ora 22…

In 3 zile nimeni nu a venit sa faca curat in camera sau sa schimbe prosoapele.
Ti se solicita garanție pentru orice, am ajuns pe la 14 mi s a dat o bratara provizorie doar pt sucuri apoi a trebuit sa ma duc sa o schimb la 15 daca am cerut un pahar mic de bere mi s a solicitat bani ca nu am inclus după ora 15, cand am plecat am stat jumătate de ora sa aștept sa verifice camera si sa imi dea garanția înapoi iar imediat iti taie bratara si pt pranz iti da o foaie sa intri in restaurant dar acolo mi s a parut agasant toata lumea ma întreba de bratara,, la receptie trebuie sa cobori multe scari cu trolerele printe mesele unde altii mananca,am rezervat pt 2 pers apoi ne am gândit sa luam si copilul de 3 ani inainte cu o zi am sunat daca platim extra ni s a spus 30 e apoi cand am ajuns 40e făceau preturile cum vroiau, camera era gata dar nu a fost gata cand am ajuns nu aveam nimic schimbat au mai venit de la curatenie iar sa faca curat, parcarea 15 euro pe zi, personalul de la bar de fiecare data cand cereai ceva de băut sa strâmbau si foarte aroganți.
Iti spun ca ai beach bar dar ai o singura intrare pe sejur si acolo la piscina pe plaja platesti separat fara sa ai ceva inclus in plus nu ai voie sa intri cu absolut nimic din exterior
Am fost la astoria, dreams , ensana, reina, grifid noa dar ca aici nu am pățiți niciodată asa ceva, daca aveti posibilitatea alegeți variantele acestea oricare peste 100 ori tinand cont ca e cam la fel ca pret

אין שילוט במלון שמוביל לקבלה , הגענו בלילה
הכל חשוך ללא שום סימון .
מתקשרים לשירות חדרים לבקש מגבות
שואלים למה ?? לא קיבלת ? ואז צריך לפרט
שהגבות לא נקיות ..
זמן המתנה למגבת 15/20 דקות

Pros:

-first they gave us the wrong room and after a 6 hour drive it was a headace to change

-there is the same food there EVERYDAY… and a small selection, you can’t stay there for more than 2 days

-AC isn’t a thing inside apart from in the rooms

-staff was nice I do say that


-of course hotels take nicer photos but the proportion between the photos and how they looked and how the hotel is was very crazy

Nice hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The exterior architecture is stunning, and the property itself is beautiful, spacious, and has several great swimming pools. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our balcony had a lovely view of the pool, and we really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, the coffee was excellent, and the drinks were also very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the beach.

Cons:

There is only one pool bar located at the main pool, so having additional bars near the other pools would make it much more convenient for guests.

We also felt that the hotel could benefit from having a dedicated indoor lounge or lobby area where guests can relax outside of the pool and dining areas. Some evening entertainment or additional common spaces would also enhance the overall experience.

Another inconvenience was the lack of restrooms near the pools. Guests have to walk back to their room or to the reception area, which is not very practical.

While the food selection was generally very good, we would have appreciated a greater variety of bread.

Cel mai frumos resort !♥️Abia aștept să revenim la anul !🙏
Pros:

Locația este superbă , ceva unic , piscine pt toate categoriile de vârstă , șezlonguri multe , cazarea la hotel a fost de 5 stele plus , drumul până la plaja 2 minute!
Parcarea în interiorul hotelului cu pază , mâncarea de 5 stele plus , multe feluri , desert, fructe , pește , carne etc !

Jocurile la piscină , gimnastică , polo , activitate pt copil !

Ce să mai zic , abia aștept să revenim din nou anul următor !
Recomand cu mare încredere !🙏🙏♥️
