Uciążliwy i nieintuicyjny system samodzielnego procesu zameldowania.
Cons:

Bardzo skomplikowany proces zameldowania. Ogromna strata czasu i domyślanie się jak działa każdy kolejny krok na ekranie w kompletnie nieintuicym systemie samodzielnego zameldowania. System wymaga podawania wszelkich możliwych danych (miałem już sytuacje, gdzie wystarczyło wpisać samo nazwisko, po czym od razu wypluwało klucze). Jeszcze własnoręczne podpisy, wyskakiwanie kolejnych okien że zdawkowymi komunikatami i dalsze domyślanie się, co dalej robić. Na koniec zamiast wydania kluczy niepotrzebny wydruk i dopiero kod z tegoż wydruku pozwolił na odebranie kluczy. Jedynym plusem tej sytuacji było to, że udało się w końcu dodzwonić na podany w rezerwacji numer i tylko dzięki temu możliwe było odebranie elektronicznego klucza.
Nie polecam, dublowanie danych z Bookingu, proces tak ciężki, że na rozgryzienie systemu straciliśmy czas spokojnej kolacji w restauracji.

Ruhiges und sauberes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider ist nur eine sehr kleine Tasse Kaffee im Frühstück inbegriffen. Bei dem relativ hohen Preis hätten wir diesbezüglich mehr erwartet.

Nothing in particular stood out. The hotel was perfectly fine, but I didn’t notice anything exceptionally good. It met our expectations. We arrived, stayed the night, and left. We have no complaints and would stay here again. I think that says enough.

Cons:

It can be a little difficult to communicate in Czech if you’re not from the Czech Republic. A basic level of English for staff who interact with guests would be helpful. By this, I don’t mean the reception staff. Also, an English menu would be appreciated. After all, this is a hotel.

Brak informacji wcześniej o zamkniętej restauracji i recepcji, potrzeba kilkukrotnego kontaktu, żeby dostać się do obiektu. Brak room service i klimatyzacji podanej w ofercie. Brak dostępnych kontaktów (potrzeba przesunięcia kanapy)

Gerne wieder - sauber und gepflegt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die S gibt eine kleine, aber ausreichende Auswahl beim inkludierten Frühstück.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen. Es steht jedoch in jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator bereit.
