Nous sommes venus pour notre voyage de noces et tout était parfaitement préparé avec plein de petites attentions. Un grand merci à Josué et à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons également profité d’un massage à l’hôtel, et la masseuse est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter

Prachtig verblijf, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding moet echt beter.
Pros:

Het ziet er prachtig uit; het restaurant, het zwembad. Alles is mooi opgezet. Ruime kamer, fijn balkon en de omgeving is super groen. Ontbijt is ruim opgezet met veel keus. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Cons:

De service van het personeel verschilde enorm per moment. Ene moment was dit zeer uitmuntend, ander moment viel het erg tegen. Voor deze prijs zou de service consequent moeten zijn.

De wifi is uitermate slecht. Zeer slecht bereik, zeer lage snelheid. Zo slecht hebben wij het nog niet eerder gehad. Dit aangegeven bij de receptie, er werd gezegd dat dit overal op de Seychellen zo is. Maar bij andere accomodaties op de Seychellen hebben wij geen last gehad. Hier ligt een zeer groot verbeterpunt. Zelfs een simpele foto downloaden of bericht versturen lukt niet.

Het Creoolse buffet viel zeer tegen. Er is veel keus, maar de kwaliteit van het eten valt tegen. Vis en vlees waren koud. Ook werd er om 21:00 uur al opgeruimd, zonder te vragen of wij uitgegeten waren. Ook bij navragen of we nog meer konden krijgen, werd er verteld dat het buffet afgelopen was. Hier waren we zeer teleurgesteld om, we hebben 140 euro betaald voor het buffet + 1 fles wijn. Van te voren werd verteld dat het buffet om 19:30 zou starten, maar dat we elke tijd erna welkom waren. Wij startten om 20:15. Het is zeer jammer dat we maar 3 kwartier hebben kunnen eten. Als we van te voren wisten dat het om 21:00 al klaar zou zijn, waren we eerder gekomen. Dit had beter gecommuniceerd moeten worden.

Muito boa e de acordo com as expectativas
Pros:

No geral a minha experiência no hotel foi bastante positiva. O jantar foi sempre muito bom e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Adoramos o dia do buffet, comida ótima e música ambiente muito boa.
Outros pontos fortes: café bom, limpeza de modo geral e o facto de ter tartarugas gigantes.

Cons:

Na minha opinião o pequeno almoço podia ser ligeiramente melhorado de forma a ter opções mais variadas (por exemplo: mais tipos de pão, manteiga com sal, leite sem lactose).

Gorgeous hotelin fabulous location with very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Prasad and Rushed in the restaurant were lovely and Ronelle at reception was brilliant and went out of her way to help us.
The hotel is in an excellent location- 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and even closer to a small supermarket, money change and boutique.
The hotel restaurant is very good. We paid for bed and breakfast but we also had dinner in the restaurant twice of our 4 nights, once for the excellent Creole buffet. Cocktails and snack bar options were also fantastic.
Beds were very comfortable, a/c was good and not too noisy so we slept really well. Balconies are big with very comfy chairs.
Reception run a variety of trips and we hired a car through them for 24 hours which was dropped at the hotel then we met the agent at the ferry port the next morning to drop off.
We had a fabulous 4 days here, thank you.

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike only water provided in the rooms was free but you had to ask for more than one bottle a day.
Also shower room is all open with no door so if, like us, you are staying with teenage children they didn't like the shower being exposed.

Perfekte Wohlfühloase für Urlaub auf Praslin
Pros:

Tolle Lage um Praslin zu entdecken. Schöner Swimmingpool mit Poolbar. Extrem freundliches Personal. Sehr leckeres Essen insb. Das BBQ Buffet (Mittwochs und Samstags).

Hôtel magnifique
Pros:

L hôtel est magnifique des notre arrivée ,les chambres nichées dans un écrin de verdure sont spacieuses et dotées de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour .l ensemble du personnel est bienveillant et attentionné .une magnifique adresse à Praslin au centre de tout
La demi pension juste exceptionnelle !!!

Cons:

Si on doit signaler qqchse c est la wifi uniquement ds les chambres et les douches fraîches le matin
Mais vraiment ca n enlève en rien a ce magnifique hôtel

Wunderbares Hotel auf Praslin!
Pros:

Die Architektur der Anlage, besonders der Restaurant- und Poolbereich hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Es wäre unfair eine individuelle Person vom Personal hervorzuheben - alle waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent, das Management eingeschlossen. Die Auswahl bei Frühstück, Snacks am Pool und Abendessen war sehr attraktiv und vielfältig und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der superschöne weitläufige Strand Anse Volbert Cote d'Or Beach war nur wenig besucht, was sehr angenehm war.

Alles gut.

Enjoyed our stay overall!
Pros:

Very clean rooms, pool was always clean, the whole hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. The creole buffet is 10/10!

Cons:

One waitress comes across quite rude that tends to be there breakfast/lunch (unsure of her name). All other staff members from cleaners to bar/restaurant and front of house were lovely and gave exceptional service.
