MUITO RUIM.
Pros:

Apenas a localização que é boa, o restante é horrível.

Cons:

O quarto é bem ruim, janelas quebradas, tudo muito velho, na fachada é top, quando você entra é muito ruim, isso parece ser padrão em Balneário Camboriú. Tudo muito ruim, infelizmente não voltarei.
