Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel is a serenity away from the hustle and bustle of life, nestled well inside the village.
You see the raw and real side of Lombok at the hotel, yet surrounded by the natrual beauty.
The hotel staff are amazing and go out there way to accommodate you, made us truly feel at home. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay so great.
They even assisted us getting to and from our onward journey to their hotel.

FUYEZ !!! Le staff de l'hôtel vole dans les chambres !!!!!!
Pros:

L'établissement en lui-même est très beau et bien entretenu ! La piscine est agréable et il y a assez de transats disponibles. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte est très bon.

Cons:

1. Le staff de l'hôtel nous a volé 450 euros dans notre chambre pendant que nous étions à la plage ! Ils vous demandent avec un grand sourire le matin au petit-déjeuner ce que vous comptez faire de la journée, pour ensuite avoir tout le temps de rentrer dans votre chambre, de fouiller vos affaires et de se servir !! Les propriétaires de l'établissement étaient en vacances au moment des faits, ils n'étaient pas joignables car ne voulaient pas être dérangés : Quel genre de patron laisse son business pendant des semaines et ne veut pas savoir ce qui se passe?! C'est honteux ! Les caméras ne sont visibles que par les propriétaires, tout était bien organisé pour que le staff fasse ce qu'il veut ! Ils ont attendu notre dernière nuit pour le faire, ont pris quelques billets par ci par là et ont surement eu espoir que l'on découvre le vol une fois qu'on serait parti de l'établissement le lendemain !! Ils nous ont bloqué toute notre dernière soirée à essayer de porter plainte à la police ! Vous faites confiance à un petit établissement "familial" qui compte une dizaine d'employés et pour finir, c'est pire que dans les grands resorts !
Le pire?! Aucun geste commercial nous a été proposé ! Ils nous ont même fait payé un jus de fruit à 35K roupie (1.50eur) au checkout, c'était lunaire !
2. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est loin de tout ! Le chemin pour arriver à la route principal est catastrophique ! Vous avez absolument besoin d'un scooter. Et même avec un scooter, tout ferme (resto, magasin) vers 22h, vous devez prendre la route vers Kuta (40min!) pour trouver de la vie ! Rien à faire aux alentours et en plus, aucune TV dans la chambre.

Süßes kleines Resort. Toller Pool und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Leider nicht wirklich Platz für die Klamotten. Wir mussten die Rucksäcke auf dem Boden lassen. Leckeres Frühstück. Wer Ruhe möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Cons:

Wie von anderen schon erwähnt, braucht man unbedingt ein Fahrzeug!! Es gibt nix in der Nähe. Zum nächsten Strand mit Restaurants usw. sind es mit dem Roller ca. 10 bis 15 min. Wer etwas mehr Infrastruktur möchte sollte nach Selong Balanak im Ort nach Unterkünften schauen. Selbst dort ist nicht viel los.

You need a scooter.
Pros:

This place is run like a tight ship thanks to the lovely Belgian couple who own it.
The pool area is wonderful and well designed.
Rooms are comfortable and bed is great.
The food in the restaurant is fantastic.

Do be aware tho that there is nothing to do near to the hotel. No shops or cafes or massage spas. Absolutely nothing. There is wonderful countryside and some very nice walks. But there are no facilities and to get to the nearest beaches you will need a scooter. Or car. Is in not the place to stay if you have no transport. Or you don’t drive a scooter.

I had planed to stay for a week but I stayed for 4 days as I needed more activity and things to do near where I was staying . But if you want great food. And a great pool and a comfy bed and lovely hosts you can’t go wrong.

Very welcoming . Comfortable Stay .

Very personable. Owners stayed up to greet us as we had 4 hr flight delay which made our check in very late 9pm . Peaceful , clean and relaxing . Staff amazing .

Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be off the beaten track and still enjoy quality comfort.
Pros:

The setting in the rural village was perfect. The walk to the beach and other dining options was charming and easy. Scooter rental made exploring the wider area easy and the roads are calm.
Country walks in the surrounding valley were an unexpected highlight for our ‘beach’ holiday.
The team of staff was super and the commitment to sustainability with 100% solar energy is appreciated. The natural salt chlorine for the pool is also great for skin and eyes. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The breakfast was cooked a la carte to order at any time!
Stef and Karin the Belgian owners have created a warm family welcome with high standards and a commitment to working in partnership with the village. Hopefully great role models for the tourism which will inevitably spread in this beautiful more remote corner of Lombok.

Un cadre intimiste avec STARLINK
Pros:

Il n'y a pas de mots pour décrire cet endroit tellement tout est reposant, joli, bon, tout est fait pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux et même plus ! Le genre d'endroit où on peut laisser sa chambre ouverte ou les clés sur la porte. Un véritable cocoon!
L'accueil des propriétaires, le staff super sympathique et pro ( le goût des détails pendant le service 😁👌)
J'avais réservé 1 nuit car ils ont STARLINK et j'ai prolongé de 3 nuits,... plus envie de partir !

Pros:

Het was zoals wij in Brabant zeggen groots met een zachte G🫶🏻
Fijne vriendelijke staff, en ook de eigenaren Karin en Stef zijn fantastische mensen. We hebben zeer gezellig met ze kunnen praten over de ins en outs van Lombok en wat ze aantrok om hier dit op te starten.
De kamers zijn ruim, heerlijke bedden, fijne douche, airco
Er ontbreekt aan niets, er is overal zeer goed over nagedacht.

Ook het ontbijt en avondeten verdiend een vermelding, een mix tussen België en Indonesië
Dus ook de heerlijke Belgische frieten met mayo!

Dan nog een fantastisch zwembad, de info, scooterhuur voor de omgeving naar bv Kuta of het heerlijke strand Selong Belonak
Kortom het was Amazing!

Amazing Resort 😍
Pros:

Eine super schöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und ordentlich.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und das Essen war tatsächlich “amazing”
Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns.
Hier auch nochmal vielen Dank für eure Mühe und die tolle Zeit.
