The view was amazing the place had a good vibe

Cons:

There was no hot water they only fixed it on the last day of my stay. The lady at reception nice lady forgot to tell maintenance to fix it before she went on holiday herself. I saw the funny side of it though so no hard feelings.

Pros:

Amazing view and few steps to the beach.

Cons:

When there is strong wind the windows made a bit of noise that could disturb your sleep but that's more of a feedback than a complain.

Pros:

Die ruhige Lage am Strand war gut, zu Fuss erreichbare Restaurants, schöner Strand, JEDOCH sehr unzuverlässiges Personal - sagt eine Erstattung zu und hält es nicht ein; Klimaanlage kann man ohne Manipulation des Zimmerschlüssels nur bei Aufenthalt im Zimmer benutzen = extrem aufgeheizt!

Cons:

Wir mußten gesundheitsbedingt eines der beiden Zimmer stornieren - dafür gab es keinerlei Verständnis noch wirkliche Reaktion. Nach längerem nachfragen wurde uns eine Rückerstattung von 1/3 angeboten was von uns akzeptiert wurde - schriftlich als auch mündlich vor Ort - die Erstattung sollte danach passieren!
nach Abreise wurde auf keine Nachrichten mehr reagiert = somit sehr schlechtes Service und aus meiner Sicht Irreführung!!

Au calme , plage , à 5 minutes de l'agitée Patong Beach

Au calme , plage et restaurant avec transats offerts juste en bas des marches.
5min en scooter ou taxi de Patong Beach et Freedom Beach
Personnel à l'écoute et souriant..Noon est parfaite

Que no hay ascensores y muchísimos escalones, y muy altos para bajar a la playa. Pero vale su ubicación, excelente!!!
