Cons:

I booked on booking and when I arrive to check in I am told that there is no more bungalow available that it was a mistake or I do not know they tried to call the manager but no answer I had to look for another hotel at the last minute
So be carefull when you book guys

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Ich war 10 Tage in diesem Hotel in einem der kleinen Bungalows. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum und die Stadt erreicht man bequem mit dem Tuk Tuk ( 20000 - 25000 Ar).

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, welches dieses Hotel zu etwas ganz besonderen macht. <<<<

Preis/Leistung ist außerordentlich gut, auch Sonderwünsche ( eine Nacht länger in einem besseren Zimmer) wurden zum gleichen Preis berechnet wie meine ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmerkategorie.

Das Essen und die Preise im Restaurant sind gut, aber für Abwechslung gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung auch tolle alternativen.

Un cadre magnifique, mais une expérience ternie par des frais injustifiés et plusieurs prestations non conformes à l’ann
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, avec un emplacement agréable et une belle piscine. Le personnel est globalement accueillant et le séjour s’est bien terminé après régularisation du litige.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus par plusieurs écarts entre la description de l’annonce Booking.com et les prestations réellement disponibles. L’annonce mentionnait un réfrigérateur et des ustensiles de cuisine, mais l’utilisation de la cuisine nous a été refusée. Une prestation de "gouvernante" nous a été imposée puis facturée à hauteur de 300 000 Ariary, alors que nous ne l’avions jamais demandée ni acceptée. Après intervention de Booking.com, ces frais ont finalement été supprimés. Le Wi-Fi n’était pas accessible dans notre bungalow et nécessitait de se rendre au restaurant. Certains équipements annoncés, comme les jeux/puzzles, n’ont pas été mis à disposition.

Super hôtel, je recommande
Pros:

Très bel emplacement, avec une piscine à débordement et un paysage à couper le souffle.
Le personnel est également très accueillant.

Cons:

Les termites qui rongent le bois toute la nuit font un bruit infernal.
Il y avait aussi des souris et des cafards dans la chambre.

A small paradise to completely disconnect
Pros:

An absolute gem in Ile Sainte Marie! Can totally recommend it. The location is excellent (right on the beach), the bungalows are cosy and very clean, the food and drinks are delicious and the staff (including the owners) are very welcoming and client oriented! A real good value for money :)
