Solide für eine Nacht, ohne Wow
Pros:

Hotel Leidinger war für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung: zentrale Lage, Zimmer sauber, Check-in/Check-out unkompliziert (auch digital über Straiv). Parkplatz gibt’s gegen Aufpreis und war praktisch. Das Frühstück wird oft gelobt — wir haben es nicht ausprobiert. Der Aufenthalt wirkte eher funktional als besonders einladend — nichts wirklich falsch, aber auch wenig, das man weiterempfiehlt. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung okay; für mehr würde ich mir andere Optionen ansehen.

Gerne wieder, aber nur in bequemeren Betten.
Pros:

Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer, wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Die Betten sind für 2 normal gebaute Erwachsene einfach zu schmal, das mindert die Qualität erheblich.

Besonders die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat überzeugt.
Pros:

Das Personal war einfach super freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch überzeugend. Frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen und eine gute Gesamtauswahl - lecker (inkl. frisch gepresstem Orangensaft). Die Zimmer sind alle individuell gestaltet - mal nicht der übliche Standard.

So lernt man Saarbrücken gerne kennen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und mit der Mainzer Strasße auch noch in einem aufkommenden In-Viertel von Saarbrücken. Man ist in wenigen Schritten in der langen Einkaufsmeile Bahnhofstraße und ganz nah an dem Hotspot Johanner Markt und Umgebung. Ich hatte ein großes Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung und war hochzufrieden. Die Tiefgarage und ein Parkplatz liegen auf der Rückseite am Neugäßchen. Das Frühstück für 14 € habe ich mir gespart, da es aufgrund der zentralen Lage mehrere Bäckereien in der Nähe gibt. Man muß allerdings aufpassen. die Barbaraossa Bäckerei vorne an ist recht teuer, so dass man hier auch schnell bei 10 € ist. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat vier Eingänge, was etwas verwirrt. Der Haupteingang liegt in einer Art Innenhof, dort, wo auch das Schild Kino hängt. Ab 22.00 Uhr kann man am links von diesem Eingang hängenden Kartenlesegerät die Tür mit der Zimmerkarte öffnen.
