Hotel je přímo u stanice lanovky.Všude čisto,v hotelu velice příjemná atmosféra.Na pokoji jsme měli velikou terasu se zahradním nábytkem a krásným výhledem na hory.Wellnes bylo spíš komorní ale velice pěkné a čisté a bylo tam vše k odpočinku po túře.Snídaně i večeře byly vynikající.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were one of the highlights of our visit. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we always felt very well looked after.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. We also really enjoyed the wellness and spa area – it was clean, peaceful and the perfect place to relax after a day out.
Highly recommend to eat dinner there!!!!!
The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for exploring the surrounding area. Despite the central location, the hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
We were very impressed by the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. Everything felt well organized and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen ersten Familienurlaub in diesem Hotel und haben uns von der ersten Minute an rundum wohlgefühlt.
Die familiäre, herzliche Atmosphäre und das unglaublich nette und aufmerksame Personal haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.
Man spürt einfach, dass hier Gastfreundschaft von Herzen kommt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, konnten entspannen und die gemeinsame Zeit als Familie genießen.
Auch das Essen hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff were welcoming from the moment of arrival. Hotel has clearly been refurbished recently and some rooms, including ours, are still on process, but it matched what we were expecting and was clean and large.
Food was outstanding with the hotel catering expertly for a severe food allergy.
Pool area whilst small was decadent and relaxing- thr emergency cocktail phone is a fun treat.
Wifi in some areas is patchy
