Роман, хозяин отеля, стал нам другом за короткое время проживания. Очень уютный, современный отель.
Pros:

Очень гостеприимный отель! Очень Вкусные и сытные завтраки! Домашняя выпечка и вкусности! Рядом исторический центр Тбилиси, прогулки по улочкам, горы все рядом. Хозяева отеля очень гостеприимные, помогали решать любые вопросы. Угощали вином. рекоммендовали куда съездить и что посмотреть. Сами номера удобные и современные, все чисто и комфортно! Рекоммендую!

Amazing experince
Pros:

Hotel was amazing and Roman and his mother amd Saloma amazing also. Room and all hotel very clean and breakfast was amazing. Roman welcomed us with amazing Wine and cheese also first night he guided for us around 1 hour. Great family hotel

Sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Roman und seine Familie sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Sie bereiten jeden Morgen ein großes leckeres Frühstück zu. Da wir zweimal schon vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit los mussten, haben sie das Frühstück sogar extra für uns früher zubereitet.
Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und von der Dachterrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt.

Замечательный уютный семейный отель, все очень красиво, чисто, качественно, великолепный завтрак, шикарный вид с крыши, очень радушное отношение, к детям с большим внимание и любовью

Piccolo boutique hotel.
Pros:

Albergo molto accogliente e arredato con gusto. La vista molto bella . Noi avevamo un balcone in camera ma c’è un terrazza a disposizione . Il proprietario veramente molto cordiale. Colazione top!

また来たくなる宿
Pros:

家族経営のスタッフの方々がとにかく親切で、朝食が素晴らしく、ルーフトップからの景色がとても良いです。
朝食をいただく食堂は地下ですが、雰囲気がとても良く居心地が良いです。

Cons:

宿泊者2名とも怪我をしていたので、急な坂の頂上にあるのが辛かったです。booking.com にはその説明がありませんでした。建物が古いためだと思いますが、水回りの配管からの匂いがやや気になりました。

The perfect example of Georgian hospitality
Pros:

This hotel is the perfect example of Georgian hospitality. The owner and his son are very friendly hosts, welcoming us with a glass of wine. Location is perfect, close to the old city centre. The breakfast was amazing, and even for those with great appetite, more than enough. Parking in front of the door was very convenient as well.

Останавливались в этом небольшом семейном отеле во время нашей первой поездки в Тбилиси и остались в полном восторге.

С первых минут почувствовали настоящее грузинское гостеприимство — здесь действительно относятся к гостям с душой. Отдельное спасибо Роману: он всегда был готов помочь, подсказал отличные места, где можно вкусно поесть и интересно провести время. Благодаря его рекомендациям мы смогли увидеть Тбилиси с лучшей стороны.

Завтраки были просто великолепные — очень вкусные, домашние и с большим выбором. Каждое утро начиналось с отличного настроения.

Спасибо за теплый прием! Если еще приедем в Тбилиси, то обязательно остановимся именно здесь. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто хочет почувствовать настоящее грузинское гостеприимство.

Pros:

Fijn familiehotel. Lief personeel die met ons meedacht toen er door booking.com een dubbele boeking was gemaakt. Ze hebben voor ons een vervangend hotel geregeld vlakbij en dachten enorm mee en waren erg hulpvaardig. Ontvangst was ook erg fijn en warm. Prachtige locatie, dicht bij de stad maar rustige omgeving.

Cons:

Geen minpunten.
