Ein traumhaftes Hotel mit herzlichem Team und beeindruckender Lage

Von Anfang an haben uns Rudy, Alex, Isabella, Philippe, Karin, Laura, Lorenzo, Diego, Adam, Luciano und Lorenz mit ihrer herzlichen, freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art begeistert. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und lässt einen wirklich wie zuhause fühlen. Die Architektur des Hotels ist beeindruckend, das Zimmer mit eigener Sauna ein absolutes Highlight. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, der Pool wunderbar und die E-Bikes haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher und rundum wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Essen war vom Geschmack her leider wenig gewürzt. Die Gerichte wirkten wenig gewürzt und aromatisch – für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Am Pool wäre eine Bar Wünschenswert gewesen oder eine Bedienung am Pool.

Tutto, ma la gentilezza del personale è stata la cosa che più ho apprezzato. Vieni coccolato dal primo all’ultimo minuto. Un grazie speciale ad Andrea, un sommelier bravissimo di una gentilezza disarmante.
