Great vacation location!
Pros:

Everything!!! Lake view ,breakfast,dinner and the hospitality of the staff. The owner Francisca was very supportive and friendly, Angela the waitress was so amazing- this place is highly recommended!!! We will definitely come back!

Stunning and cozy hotel, close to the town center.

From the first moment you’re there, the experience is amazing. Check-in with a drink, a macaron and view of the pool.

Pros:

השירות היה יוצא מן הכלל. תמיד אדיבים ותמיד נחמדים. המיקום של המלון כל כך טוב , על שפת האגם, שהיינו מוכנים לשבת ולצפות בנוף כל היום (מה שלא עשינו, כי יצאנו לטיולים).

De todas as hospedagens da nossa viagem, essa foi, sem dúvida, a melhor experiência que tivemos. Inclusive, sentimos falta de ter ficado mais tempo no hotel, porque realmente foi um lugar que marcou a viagem.

Desde a chegada fomos extremamente bem recebidos, com taça de champanhe e macarons enquanto fazíamos o check-in. Já nos primeiros minutos era possível perceber o cuidado do hotel com cada detalhe e o zelo por um atendimento realmente exclusivo, acolhedor e individualizado.

O hotel possui classificação quatro estrelas, porém facilmente poderia se enquadrar como um hotel cinco estrelas pela qualidade da experiência, do atendimento, da gastronomia e da estrutura oferecida.

O hotel tem uma proposta mais intimista, não é um hotel grande, mas justamente isso fazia com que a experiência fosse ainda mais confortável e aconchegante. Apesar do tamanho mais reservado, tinha todas as comodidades necessárias e uma estrutura excelente.

A área de lazer era maravilhosa. Piscina de borda infinita, hidromassagem com uma vista linda para o lago, além de uma ótima estrutura de saunas e spa. Como o hotel possui poucos quartos, muitas vezes parecia que estávamos praticamente sozinhos aproveitando toda a área de lazer, o que deixava tudo ainda mais exclusivo e relaxante.

O quarto era extremamente amplo e confortável, dividido em dois ambientes: um espaço principal com a cama e outro ambiente com sofá e antessala. Realmente um quarto muito espaçoso e acima da média até para hotéis cinco estrelas.

O café da manhã foi outro grande destaque. De todas as hospedagens da viagem — inclusive comparando com grandes redes cinco estrelas — foi a melhor experiência gastronômica que tivemos em um hotel. Tudo muito bem feito, ingredientes de qualidade, excelente variedade e muito cuidado na apresentação e preparação dos pratos.

O restaurante do jantar também era excepcional, com comida excelente e atendimento muito bom.
