The thalassotherapy center is open every day from 09:00 to 18:45. Guests will be given a bathrobe, sandals and a towel. On check-in and check-out dates, guests can enjoy the thalassotherapy center during its opening times. Check-in will not be guaranteed before 16:00 and check-out has to be done before 12:00. Outside check-in and and check-out times, guests can store their luggage in the dedicated area and use the shared lockers and showers.

climatisation trop ancinne froide et bruyante. Nuits difficiles
The two swimming pools. The roof top terrace. The breakfast provisions. The location. The parking facilities.
The restaurant (service is horrible and the food is not up to standards). The family room is too small for two adults and two kids, especially the toilet and the bathroom, while the beds are way too soft to get a good night sleep. The gym needs a necessary update and should be enlarged. Overall we found that management was lacking on all levels.

J ai payé un supplément pour la vue sur la mer et je m attendais à mieux. Attention il n y a pas de porte pour la salle de bain
Accueil très sympathique. Le personnel de la réception a vraiment bien géré notre demande de changement de chambre pour avoir une vue telle qu'on en rêvait.
Spa et piscine au top, excellent petit déjeuner.
La partie restauration pourrait être un peu améliorée pour avoir un rapport qualité prix plus judicieux,mais les salades étaient excellentes.

L’accueil par un employé très professionnel : Joachim. Il est tourné solutions et nous a répondu avec efficacité à toutes nos questions durant le séjour. Très poli sans être obséquieux. Merci.
Le personnel de nettoyage était adorable.
La piscine sur le toit et l’immense terrasse avec une superbe vue. Le bar et le restaurant avec un personnel très agréable.
Confort de la chambre avec une bonne literie et un air conditionné silencieux et efficace.

Le problème de douche bouchée n’a pas été résolu et elle débordait. Pourtant nous avons fait appel à un employé (pas Joachim) qui a envoyé « une fiche » mais rien n’a été fait.
Les prix du restaurant sont trop élevés.
Instalaciones bonitas y limpias. Personal atento y educado. Pasillos oscuros para acceder a las habitaciones (se encienden las luces con sensor a medida que avanzas), habitaciones con lavabo y ducha abiertos con la habitación. Solo queda a parte el WC. Terraza amplia y con vistas excepcionales. El spa/balneario, piscina exterior, sauna y sus servicios adicionales como los masajes, están muy bien. Pensado para una experiencia muy relajante.
Te paseas por todo el hotel con albornoz habiendo vestuarios para cambiarse. Habrá a quien le guste, a mí personalmente me resultó un poco raro.
Al hacer el check out es importante devolver los albornoces, toallas y zapatillas en el punto que indican y recuperar los vales que te dan en el check in (pone valor 80€, que sería la penalización a pagar si no devuelves estos vales en recepción). Se recuperan entregando los albornoces, toallas y zapatillas en el punto donde te los dan. Nosotros los habíamos dejado en la habitación, pensando que al limpiar los recogerían, así que tuvimos que ir a recogerlos durante el check out (con todas las maletas y demás por medio). Lo que nos ocasionó retrasos en actividades que teníamos planificadas.

Des frais supplémentaires mon été appliqué pour odeur de tabac alors que nous avons pas fumé dans l'hébergement frais qui bien sur mon été appliqué sur la facture final il aurai pue venir nous voir ou nous contacter par mail ou téléphone pour nous indiquer la gene occasionner mais non au bout de 48h surprise la chambre etre situé juste a cote du local technique situé sous la réception je pence qu'il devrais surveiller leur personnel qui fume trop près des balcons (ne pas aéré la chambre si vous êtes dans cette zone
Sehr gute Küche, schöne Anlage und Zimmer. Trotz Größe nicht unpersönlich. Wir hatten schöne zwei Tage.
