Ma quale "selva oscura"! SELVA MERAVIGLIOSA!!

Posizione eccezionale ai piedi di massiccio montuoso dolomitico. A 100 metri dall'imbocco per la vallelunga. A 100 metri da uno dei tanti impianti di risalita. Colazione variegata e abbondante. Camera confortevole e bagno spazioso. Pulizia perfetta. Camere insoronizzate, nessun disturbo esterno. Area wellness deliziosa: bagno turco, sauna, vasca idromassaggio. Staff gentile, accogliente e molto disponibile. Valore aggiunto: possibilità di accedere con cane in sala da pranzo dedicata. Accoglienza super anche da parte del cane Alaska, vera padrona dell'hotel!

Ho trovato la struttura pulita, accogliente e di ottima presentazione.
Il cibo è ottimo, il buffet della colazione abbastanza vario.
La stanza ed il bagno sono grandi e silenziosi, letto comodo.

Cons:

Purtroppo avendo soggiornato domenica non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei servizi spa (trattamenti, massaggi) mentre l’accesso era garantito, un vero peccato.
Inoltre abbiamo trovato il personale un pochino disorganizzato nel gestire la consegna di accappatoio e ciabatte (per la spa) e nella gestione del check out.
