Our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
Pros:

The location was ideal for activities or hikes within the area. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings. The tables had a personal touch and they added a name plate of every guest.

Cons:

We did not like that there was no AC. However, when we were there, the nights were comfortable/cold enough for us to sleep. One night was storming and it was delightful to have the windows open for it.

An Unforgettable Stay & Outstanding Hospitality!
Pros:

We had the absolute best stay at Hotel Florian in Santa Cristina! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome.
The biggest highlight of our trip was the amazing generosity of the hosts; they pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our room to a stunning suite. We were there celebrating our engagement, and this incredibly thoughtful gesture made our celebration more memorable than we could have ever imagined.
Everything about the hotel was top-notch:
The Hospitality: The owners are exceptionally friendly, warm, and genuinely care about their guests' experience.
The Rooms: Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The Breakfast: Absolutely delicious with a great variety to start the day right.
We cannot recommend Hotel Florian enough. Thank you for making our special milestone so magical—we cannot wait to return!

Great comfortable family owned and run hotel, very homely. Next to skiing and hiking.
Pros:

Great little hotel at the base of the mountain. Would make an equally as fine winter skiing holiday base. Clean, neat, tidy, lovely staff, owner operated family hotel.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like about this stay. Really good sensible hotel. Note there is another hotel in a different town with almost the same name, which catches a few people out (we actually stayed at both on this trip, and this is the "better" one)

Alles hat gepasst, ein herzlicher Empfang und ein freundliches Team. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Super Frühstück, das Abendessen ist sehr geschmackvoll.
Die Dolomiten sind einfach ein Traum – die Kulisse ist der Wahnsinn. Das Hotel hat eine top Lage. Weil alles so gestimmt hat, haben wir gar nicht lange überlegt und schon den nächsten Aufenthalt reserviert, dann im Winter.

Cozy Stay with Great Breakfast and Stunning Views
Pros:

It was less expensive than staying at a hotel in Ortisei, and I really liked that the accommodation was located right at the bottom of the Col Raiser cable car. The breakfast was very delicious. I visited on June 1st, and since it was a bit cold at night, I mentioned it the next day. That evening, they turned on the heater, so I slept warmly. The surroundings were very quiet, and from the terrace you can see the peak of Sassolungo.

Cons:

The male host was very kind. The woman, who seemed to be his wife, did not feel as friendly. However, the middle‑aged lady who prepared breakfast was very kind. The Wi-Fi password was written by hand in numbers, but it was really hard to read, so I had to go downstairs and ask again. At first, I thought it looked like the number 9, but it turned out to be 4.
