Прекрасна почивка в гората над язовир Батак.
Pros:

Чисто, поддържано стаи, спа, общи части. Прекрасна и поддържана градина, вкусна храна и на закуска, и на вечеря в хубав ресторант. Приветлив и любезен персонал.

Cons:

Единствено не ми допадна, че терасата на стаята е много малка и тясна. Изглед към язовира има само на определени места частично.

Cons:

Базата на хотела се нуждае от обновяване. В стаята течеше жълта вода и миришеше на мухъл. Помолихме да сменим стаята. Персоналът беше отзивчив, предложиха друга стая, в която също обаче миришеше на мухъл. Напуснахме хотелът разочаровани. Храната също не беше на добро ниво.

Pros:

The staff is polite , smilling and always ready to help. The food was super tasety. The region is one of our favorite places

Cons:

We had some spider nets in the room on the window which makes me believe that the room was not cleaned in deep. We had a hot tub in the room, which we didn't use, the main reason was that when we start filling it the water came up yellow. There is a pool table and table football but was hard to catch them free.
