Not adult friendly, definitely not a resort, eat elsewhere as it’s nearly impossible to get anything
Pros:

Staff were friendly and about 2 kilometres up the road is a fantastic restaurant called Caldera Seaside Restaurant. Do yourself a favour and go there. Great food and amazing service

Cons:

Disgusting smell came through the resort on the second morning
Definitely not adult friendly or a resort. Children running around and swimming unsupervised
Staff are more interested in walk ins off the street who use facilities free of charge, rather than paying guests
Literally impossible to get anything on the menu, unless you’re a walk in off the street
Cleanliness of room was unacceptable

Pros:

Nice place. Not luxury for sure. Decent 3 stars. The staff is polite however not holding competency for the work.

Cons:

2-3 times weekly loud music from the neighbouring bar/beach bar until 1-2-3 a.m. sometimes. Anasa admitted they for the issue and they are speaking with the manager of the bar, but nothing.

Закуската беше нормална. Брегът е красив!

Cons:

В тоалетната трябва да има мивка и душ или поне едното. Освен това, когато се ползват душ и/или тоалетна това е шумово присъствие директно в стаята, което е относително безумно.
Странно, но в такъв комплекс липсваше дневен и вечерен бар. Не бих могъл да давам крайни оценки, но за този тип бизнес е необходимо да се предлагат разнообразни напитки в немалка част от денонощието!

Frühstück gut, gute Lage, saubere Strände, gute Hotelanlage, gutes Restaurant.

Cons:

ich hatte mit meinen Kindern 2 doppelzimmer gebucht, da meine Kinder beruflich 4 Wochen vorher nicht teilnehmen konnten, wollte ich ein Zimmer stornieren. Das Hotel hat mehrmals nicht reagiert, erst durch Booking kam dann einen Antwort. Stornierung von eimen Zimmer nicht möglich, so habe ich für 2 Tage ca. 1500€ euro bezahlt, das fand ich nicht Kundenfreundlich und nicht kulant. Eine Massage und Ein Essen wurden und gestellt. In dieser Preiskategorie ist das unprofessionell. Das war das 2. mal in diesem Hotel und auch das letzte mal.
