Pros:

I needed a place with 24 desk because of a flight delay in a city where I know no one. After booking with you I received a message from the Hotel that they could not accept my booking. The message didn’t explain why in English. I went somewhere else at 230 am. I needed a safe place and this hotel didn’t deliver. The hotel did charge my card even though they rejected my reservation. Think twice if traveling.

Pros:

The location was great, the staff were very nice

Cons:

First of all I asked for a special request for my annyversary and they didn't put it. They didn't show the bathroom at the booking and when we got there, it was so small and the shower was so purelly designed, that the water spilled all over the room and bathroom. Overall the amount of money for the room wasn't worth it.

Cons:

Falla constante del Internet, baños son demasiados estrechos y mal sistema de desagüe, el tv no funcionaba...nos cambiaron de habitación y algo mejoro.

No habia agua caliente y no habia nadie en la mañana en la recepción para ayudarnos. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fria.

Location was perfect!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. They were really nice to give us a room on the lower floor for my parents that are elderly and can not go up stairs. LOCATION WAS PERFECT!

Cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado y excelente atención
Pros:

Sobre todo la ubicación fue genial, estar cerca de todos los atractivos turísticos, fue muy cómodo para nosotros

Cons:

El baño estaba muy reducido, entendemos que el espacio quizás es pequeño pero eso fue lo incomodo para nosotros ya que mi esposo y mi hijo son personas muy grandes
