Very pleasant with a very helpful staff
Pros:

They clean my room every day and brought me two bottles of water. I needed a refrigerator for my medication and they actually bought one for me. Also, the restaurant across the street was excellent and you got a discount for staying at the hotel.

Cons:

The guest were noisy when they would arrive and when they came home after being out late at night

Per fortuna non ho soggiornato.
Cons:

Non hanno mai risposto alla mia richiesta di anticipare anche solo di 1 ora il check-in. Mi hanno lasciato appeso ad un filo fino alla fine, quando ho deciso di prenotare un’altra struttura, che ovviamente si è offerta di anticipare il check-in addirittura di 2 ore senza praticamente preavviso.

Un espacio céntrico y con mucho encanto, con buenas oportunidades de mejora.
Pros:

¡La ubicación es fenomenal! A sólo unas cuadras de la plaza principal, había de todo alrededor. El personal de todos los turnos es sumamente amable. Siempre estaban atentos y listos para ayudar a resolver.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas (sobre todo al ofrecerlas con "cama grande"). Tuvimos una confusión con una reservación y no tuvieron la flexibilidad para hacer la correción (terminamos pagando una noche de más).
La ducha es demasiado pequeña, apenas separada por una cortina mal colgada. El baño se encharcaba cada vez que nos duchabamos.

Muy diferente a las fotos y con varias incomodidades
Cons:

El lugar dejó mucho que desear en comparación con lo que muestran las fotos; el baño estaba en muy malas condiciones y la regadera no tenía ninguna división, por lo que al bañarse se mojaba prácticamente todo el baño e incluso la recamara. Además, el internet no llegaba a la habitación, las almohadas eran super incomodas y no hay espejo en la habitación cosa que me causó problema para arreglarme.
Otro punto negativo fue el tema del pago; en ningún momento se me informó que debía realizarse en efectivo y, al llegar, insistieron en que me habían enviado un correo para avisarme, revisaron y finalmente se dieron cuenta que el correo no fue enviado.
En general no lo recomendaría ni para solo "dormir" por tema de algún evento social.
