Pros:

Tienen un convenio con el restaurante de enfrente que te ofrece un descuento y los alimentos están muy bien! La ubicación es excelente si quieres estar caminando por el centro. Está cerca de muchas cosas.

Cons:

A la hora de hacer mi reserva solicité cama extra grande. No me la dieron o realmente no tienen habitaciones con cama King. No lo sé y ya no pregunté.

Debido a que el hotel lo ocupamos simplemente para ir a descansar y dormir, nuestra estancia estuvo

Esta es la tercera vez que vamos a San Miguel de Allende, y primera vez nos alojamos en un hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad, la misma nos gusta mucho sobre todo por su infraestructura e historia nacional; del desayuno no podemos hablar porque siempre lo tomamos fuera del hotel.

Cons:

En esta parte el hotel no tiene la culpa, la primera noche que llegamos nos tocaron unos vecinos muy ruidosos hasta despues de las diez y al día siguiente desde las seis y media de la mañana, y el colmo fué que usaron los barandales de la es escalera como tendederos de ropa, así como las sillas de las mesas del exterior; hice el comentario en la recepción y al menos yo no observé que hicieran algo.

Espacio muy céntrico, a unos pasos de la catedral
El staff muy amable, limpio.
Me gustaría que el baño tuviera divisiones, pero too excelente
El estacionamiento no está en el hotel, si no en una pensión con horarios de 7-7, si lo ocupas antes de ese horario tendrás que pagar un extra.
Además te lo pueden llevar al hotel por una propina al vallet

La mejor ubicación!
Pros:

Gracias, me encantó la ubicación, y el sitio que recomiendan para desayunar café picaflor delicioso!

Cons:

Lo único que mejoraría sería poderse comunicar con el lobby desde la habitación porque no tiene teléfono, y en alguna emergencia o necesidad si o si debes bajar a recepción, y esto cuando está lloviendo lo dificulta más.

Personal de recepción con poca o nula formación. La habitación no tenía ventanas solo un Ventiluz. La habitación daba a una escalera y se escuchaban ruidos de los otros huéspedes.
