Good overall location, breakfast, spacious suites.
Pros:

Location, some staff were excellent especially the buggy drivers. One of the receptionist was impatient and rude cause we couldn’t understand her accent
Food at Prego was good, room service menu was not extensive but overall good

Cons:

The suites were in a different building from the main hotel, so beware of this

Location was great. Most of the staff were good, the pool area looked great although I couldn’t use it. Breakfast at Prego was excellent although the main hotel breakfast was chaotic

Cons:

We booked a suite and a king room as a family of 5. This was not made clear during booking.Unfortunately the rooms were in another building which was very inconvenient. Thanks to Booking we were able to get a refund on the King room. Prego restaurant for breakfast had no lift and it was difficult for my 75 year old mother to go on those stairs, so any one with disabilities beware
