Cons:

My stay was disappointing. The sheets and towels were not clean when we arrived. I requested clean towels, but no assistance was provided, considering the 9am to 3pm services for couples that the property offers, It was very uncomfortable having to sleep in those conditions.

The facility also needs some maintenance and upgrading. The toilet seats are worn out, the shower heads need attention, and the ceilings is dirty. Overall, cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement to provide guests with a comfortable experience.

Stay was very uncomfortable
Pros:

Security was excellent. Reception was fair. Room was not matching hotel room. Bedding and towels was with spots looking dirty whereas I found someone cleaning the room.

Pros:

The charging pots were close to the bed. The room had an aircon,tv, usable and well sized closet. The headboard is nice.

Cons:

The plastic chair. Walls had some areas where they're falling apart. The tap on the sink is difficult to open. The noise insulation is poor. The sheets are dull.

Cons:

The attitude the lady gave us upon check in was disappointing.
We should be told about the R100 key loss fee you pay before checkin and also the parking fee.
The staff is not so friendly.
