What we loved most about the property was the exceptional service we received from Jonah. He was absolutely amazing! The way he communicated with us, explained everything, and kept us informed throughout our stay showed that he truly knows his job.

Jonah is always smiling, welcoming, and willing to help. No matter what time you return, even at 3 a.m., you will still find him smiling and ready to assist. His dedication, patience, and positive attitude are truly remarkable.

Jonah, thank you so much for your outstanding service. You made us feel like family rather than clients. I honestly felt as though I was visiting my brother’s home, not staying at a hotel. The warmth, love, and care you showed us from the moment we arrived on Friday were exceptional, especially considering the challenges we experienced with our booking.

Despite everything, you made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. That is something money cannot buy.

Cons:

We are not sure whether the confusion with our booking was caused by Booking.com or Bayside Hotel, as we booked accommodation for 15 people but were informed upon arrival that our booking only covered 10 people. Unfortunately, this caused us some stress and frustration, as we had expected everything to be arranged according to our reservation.

We cannot say for certain where the mistake occurred, but we hope both parties can look into the matter to prevent similar experiences for future guests. Despite this challenge, we appreciate the assistance we received during our stay.

They need to provide tea and coffee in the rooms and they need to put no smoking signs on the rooms, because the room that I way using was having a bad smell of cigarette

Parking fee that was excluded from.the booking, unable to do breakfast pack for someone that is leaving the hotel early was unfair, the rooms that didn't have coffee. The noise was unbearable my neighwere drinking no one from the staff monitored the noise

The was okay as you could see they have to deal a lot with unhappy client but they're only executing directives of the manager.

Disappointed big time
Pros:

Nothing about that place is good, book at your own risk.

Cons:

The sheets were dirty and outside there was a board that you can rent the room for an hour for R230.

The fact that I paid R1400 for my room killed my moral and energy. I honestly decided to leave the place without any refund. I couldn't let my wife sleep on dirty sheets.

Please don't book there, tarven at the bottom close by the hotel. Too noisy and not safe for the cars as the packing was fully booked.

I had a wonderful stay at Bayside, and I will recommend it to my friends and family
Pros:

it was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful including the security for night shit. Our room was big with big bathroom. They are flexible in checking in time because we arrived very late.

Cons:

Bathroom and the safe packing lot for my car.
